The rain starts to fall heavily.
Leah is taken into the ambulance.
Kayla starts to feel pain seeing Leah's body spilling blood all over and seeing the injuries on her body.
Seeing her body like that makes Leah feels immense pain.
Leah gets shocked and remembers her accident.
Leah's soul feels pain, and she gets lost in her thoughts.
Leah watches the heavy rain falling on the ground, and everyone is drenched in rain.
But her soul does not feel any rain because no raindrops are touching her. Leah falls on her knees and starts to cry.
No one can't see her as a soul and can hear her and Leah tries to talk to Kayla but Kayla can't see her or No one and can't listen to her.
Leah remembers her happy moments with Kayla and also remembers Leo.
Her college memories comes back into her mind, and in all the memories Leah existed, but Leo never saw her.
Leah starts to walk toward the hospital.
Kayla and Oliver reach the "Health Care Hospital," and ward boys and doctors rush Leah to the ICU.
Kayla feels pain and still holds Leah's hand.
Kayla remembers the bracelet she bought for Leah and stops the ward boy from taking Leah to the ICU.

"Kayla takes out the pink and silver bracelet and puts it on Leah's wrist.
Kayla kisses Leah's hand.
Oliver touches Kayla's arm with sympathy.
Leah, watching this, feels immense pain in her heart. Leah is taken into the ICU.
Oliver makes Kayla sit and offers her water and speaks to Kayla.

"So sorry. I wanted to buy diamond earrings for you, but I couldn't save more money."
"So I got gold earrings with love and my savings for you, Kayla."
Kayla smiles and taps Leah's forehead.
Kayla replies, "Silly girl, you are the biggest gift to my wedding and I'm so happy."
"You have been the biggest gift to me since our school days."
"I'm also happy you bought me such cute gold earrings for my wedding."
"I can see your love in you and in your gift."
"And I'm very happy."
Kayla says she will keep the earrings with her and wear them during her honeymoon. Kayla and Leah laugh a little and hug each other.

Leo steps out of the helicopter, and many cars arrive at the party at the same time.Everyone rushes to meet Leonardo.Bodyguards block them and stop them.
Leo is dressed in a black and silver suit and looks extremely rich and handsome.
Girls swoon over Leo.
Leo smiles at them and starts walking forward.
Kayla looks at Oliver knowingly.
Oliver meets her look and says, "What?"

Kayla replies, "I know everything, and you can keep your attitude, Oliver."
Oliver smiles and says, I think you already know Leo is my best friend and our classmate from college days."

Oliver replies, "Bro, I took over my father's company and I'm making good profits.""I'm already 29, bro."
Leo gets frustrated but keeps his cool and says,"Silly, you can't understand my point of view."

"I can't stay young and look young like you, so I decided to marry my long-term girlfriend."
Leo smiles with frustration, and both laugh softly.
Oliver asks, "When will you get married, bro?"

Leah watches Leo from a distance.Leo is busy giving autographs and taking group selfies.He is friendly and respectful to every fan.

Leah sees Leo on stage.She remembers her first meeting with Leo.
On her college first day,
Leah, who is in her white top and white jeans with a matching black jacket, comes to the college.
She starts walking into the college, but she doesn't see anyone there.
Leah looks at her watch and says,

Leah tries to rush, but she stops herself on seeing two guys coming towards her.
Easton and Gary come towards Leah. Gary holds Leah's bag tightly and stops her.

Gary starts talking to Leah and says,

Leah gets more scared.
Easton asks Leah ,"Do a salute to us."
Leah looks at Easton with fear.
Easton shouts at Leah, "DO IT."
Leah salutes Easton and Gary
.Easton and Gary laugh on seeing Leah scared.
Gary forcefully takes Leah's bag from her arm and asks,
"Did you buy any stuff that is useful for us, like beer, wine, or cigars?"
Leah asks Gary,"Please give me my bag, and I will go to the classroom."
Gary says,"Wait, Leah. Let me check it."
Easton's eyes are on Leah.Leah looks everywhere for help, but no one is present around her.

Gary tries to stand up.Leo comes running and gives a dash to Easton.
Easton falls on Gary, and both fall to the ground.
They shout in pain, "Ah!" "Ouch…"
Leo stands in front of Leah along with his friends Frank and Oliver.
Leo doesn't see Leah standing behind him.
For the first time, Leah sees Leo, and her heartbeat stops racing the moment she sees him.Leo sees Easton fallen on the ground because of him and smiles, but still doesn't see Leah behind him.
Leo offers his hand to Easton.Easton refuses.
Easton stands up and asks Leo,"How dare you, Leo, make me fall?"
Leo smiles, takes his ball, and plays with it, throwing and catching it with both hands.
Leo remains silent and serious.
Easton tries to go near Leah.
But Leo senses someone behind him and stops Easton by holding his arm. Leo and Easton share a serious look, but Leo's look is more intense.
Easton says, "Mind your own business, Leo.
Don't fight with me."
Leo changes his expression and calmly says, "Who is fighting with you bro ?
I was just about to say sorry.
That's it. We were in a hurry to submit our assignments. That's why we were running, and I dashed into you."
Easton again tries to go near Leah.

Oliver says, "What will they do?
They are trying to bully people.
I think we already saw Easton from the terrace trying to kiss and trouble some random junior."
Leo laughs loudly, "HA HA HAHAHAHA."
Without looking at Leah, who is confused by Leo's behavior, Leo says,"Why are you asking a stranger or a junior for kisses?"
Easton shouts, "LEO, LEAVE FROM HERE, OR ELSE YOU HAVE TO FIGHT WITH ME."

Leah gets scared.

Frank kisses Easton on the cheek. Easton wipes his cheek and says, "Yuck."
Leah smiles.
Leo says, "You wanted to bully and trouble juniors, right? Okay, we will give back what you wanted, Easton and Gary."
Leah admires Leo's intelligence and nature from behind.
Oliver hugs Gary tightly, and Gary gets scared. Leo, Frank, and Oliver get serious. Seeing them together, Easton and Gary start running away. Leo, Frank, and Oliver chase them.
Leah laughs loudly, unable to stop herself, watching Easton and Gary run. She remembers how Leo stood like a shield and saved her without a fight, using intelligence.
Leah admires Leo's intelligence, nature, and his eyes.
Leah comes out of her memory and sees Leo about to look at her, but another fan stands in front of him for an autograph. Leo smiles politely, gives the autograph humbly, and hands his expensive car keys to Oliver.
Leo's bodyguards give him a flower bouquet, which he hands to Kayla. Leo says, "Once again, congratulations to both of you on your marriage day. I hope your lives are filled with happiness and joy."
Leo adds, "I'm really sorry, Oliver. I can't stay for your wedding. I have an important meeting to attend. I will call you later."
Oliver replies, "Okay, bro. I understand."
Oliver hugs Leo. Leo walks towards his chopper, gets in, and leaves immediately.
Leah feels hurt. Tears fall, and she can't hold her pain. She runs to her room and cries.
"Why does Leo never saw me ?
I wanted to talk to him, but he may misunderstand me as one of his fans or think I am a gold digger. I know I am not his match and can't reach him. The mistake is yours, not mine.You distanced yourself, so I had affairs and will continue to have them.If anyone had to break up, it should have been my choice.I'm being insulted because a cheap girl rejected me."
Easton tightens his grip.Leah pushes him, and he falls.
Leah breathes heavily and says,"You knew I never loved you. You blackmailed me by saying you would ruin my college life.I never accepted your love and never used you.Please leave me, Easton."
Easton says,"I will kill you, Leah."
Kayla enters and pushes Easton out.She shouts,"If you try to hurt Leah again, I will get you arrested. I know you are a psycho.Leave now, or you will end up in prison. Oliver's father is a politician, and my father-in-law will never stay silent."
Easton shouts at Kayla,"You are friends with a cheap girl."
Kayla replies angrily,"Leah is not cheap. She comes from a middle-class family with honor and dignity. That class is not in you.GET OUT, EASTON."
Easton leaves.
Kayla hugs and consoles Leah.
Later, Kayla says,"Change your dress. You will be my bridesmaid of honor."
Leah agrees and changes into an elegant yellow gown.Oliver and Kayla get married.Kayla throws the bouquet towards Leah.Leah catches it perfectly and thanks her.
After the party and cake cutting,Kayla feeds cake to Leah and asks,"Leah, do you love anyone?"
Leah remembers Leo and stays silent.She lies and says,"No. Why are you asking?"
Kayla says,"I saw pain in your eyes when Leo left.You know he is our classmate. He helped you many times, knowingly or unknowingly.But he never knew it was you.If you have feelings, at least tell your best friend."
Leah feels pain but lies again,"No, Kayla. I'm not in love with anyone."
Kayla holds Leah's hand and promises,"If you ever love someone, I will unite you with him. Pinky promise."
Kayla's family gets emotional while sending her off. Kayla hugs Leah until she reaches the car."I will always be there for you, Leah. Don't think you are alone."
Leah smiles and says,"Maybe I don't have a family, Kayla, but God gave me you. I will always pray for your happiness."
Kayla kisses Leah's forehead and leaves with Oliver.
Leah goes to her room, feeling guilty for lying and remembering her unspoken past with Leo.She takes blessings from Kayla's family, picks up her bags, and gets into the cab.
Leah cries in the cab, unable to forget Leo.She decides to meet him, remembering he is also her boss Richard's son, and wants to confess her love—but meets with an accident because of Easton.
Leah comes out of her flashback, wipes her tears, and looks at Kayla.Kayla cries and prays to God,"PLEASE GOD, DON'T TAKE MY FRIEND AWAY FROM ME."

The doctors come out of the ICU after two hours. Leah is a bit emotional.
Kayla asks the doctors, "How is Leah? Is she fine?"
The doctors give a sad look and reveal, "There is very little chance of Leah's survival, and we need to perform another surgery as well. As per her condition, she is only alive, but she is in a coma. We have kept her under observation. She lost a lot of blood. Her survival rate is really low."
Kayla says, "I will pay for all her surgeries. Don't worry about money, doctor. I will take full responsibility."
Oliver also says, "My father is a politician. If you need other doctors, I can bring them from any country."
The doctor replies "It is not in our hands Mr. Oliver
After seeing observation after some hours we can give a report.

Kayla receives a call from the police.She answers and instructs them,"Lock Easton and his friends in jail. I'm not going to spare him for what he did to my friend Leah."
The police say,"Easton and his friends are arrested.But please be careful, ma'am.Easton can get bail at any time."
Kayla agrees.
Leah feels everything, listening silently.
Leah goes inside the ICU and sees her body fighting between life and death.
