As Ace not taking Adam smasher seriously just playing around with him. He used his Sandevistan to fast forward and sliced his neck. But Ace ducked and butted him with the katana. He turned and sliced upwards. This caught Adam offguard as he barely dodged to quickly used his missiles on his shoulders to shoot him.
*BOOOOM*
The surrounding Arasaka force where still shooting. Little by little their numbers lowered but they were to much. Ace then drew a stance and cut three trucks in one go. Adam quickly tried to intervene by using his Sandevistan again. He tried to punch Ace who blocked it easily with his katana as he skidded slight back.
The all of a sudden everyone seem to stop. Time was frozen, Lucy who saw this as she saw Dorio, Rebecca, Maine and Falco freeze. Stopping what they were doing was shocking. She peeked quickly to only see it happen to everyone in their surrounding. As the scene looked like a battlefield filled with destruction.
Then she saw a person to be real it was a woman someone she knew very well.
"Gloria!?"
Seeing Gloria shoot the soldiers one by one, to get in their trucks and shoot the driver and the passenger. She moved from truck to truck, from soldier to soldier. Putting a bullet in their heads. Lucy then questioned how this was occurring as she only knew of one person.
She looked at Ace who poked Adam with amusement. He looked back sensing her eyes on him.
"Oh Lucy, I know you're seeing this and her over there."
Pointing at Gloria going berserk on the Arasaka soldiers. She mouth opened, he walked to her and close it, pinching her cheek.
"Earth to Lucy."
"W-What is going on?"
"Time froze, she did that Gloria my other summoner."
Now she get it, then if she could freeze time it had to be because he gave her that power. Ace mystery grew, she felt like she didn't even knew him.
"It's okay Lucy, you and her will get to know me real well."
He had a soft smile which then became a grin. Rubbing her head, as she knew what his words implicated.
"Anyways, time will resume, Gloria!"
Gloria looked at him with a smile, then looked at Lucy understanding what was going on. She waved to then become cold once again killing the enemies.
*Swooosh*
Lucy who was expecting bullets coming at her and Adam to attack them. Flinched as she saw those bullets become ashes at a certain range from her. Adam looked slowly at his right arm it was gone.
"You...!?"
He was shocked that it just happened, but he smiled if it showed that is. He quickly put everything on the line. His sword was ready to cut him, Ace looked at Lucy.
"You're fine, i won't let anything harm you."
She felt her heart flutter even at this very moment. Ace blocked it with his, as they stared at each other.
"A hunk of metal is all you're, nothing but an ant."
Even though he was immune to insults for some reason. Ace's insult dug deep as he was angry, he pressed harder. Ace kicked him and ducked to instantly slash his legs off.
"Argh!!!"
Then his arm, as Adam tried to blast him with his remaining arm with a little rocket. He dodged it and sliced his last arm to leave him looking like a disabled potato unable to move.
Adam glared at him, but he saw his indifferent look.
"Hope you had your fun....because for me it was boring."
Such words struck him deep, he who wished to find worthy prey to fight him was now prey. Someone looked down upon made him so angry. But also awed that he wasn't even a match for this man.
"I-"
*Swoosh*
*crack*
He pierced Adam between the eyes, and then his brain. Gloria now hijacked a tank and shot at the surrounding trucks. The one's taking cover were seeing this.
"W-Was that Gloria!?"
Rebecca was baffled, Maine couldn't believe his eyes.
The destruction was evident and Adam Smasher was dead as they also saw him kill him.
"He killed Adam Smasher.....that's impossible...."
Dorio muttered under her breath, Maine had stopped the bleeding of his arm.
"He's stronger than him.....how did Lucy buy a monster like him."
As Ace stood there without an injury just blood on his clothes from others. Making him look like a total monstrous person. Lucy was unharmed too, she was amazed and truly felt like she owed him more than she could ever owe.
"Gloria also is creating destruction in that."
Falco knew of Gloria too, he sighed with relief. He was going to live another day.
Douglass the man sent here was frozen with fear. He tried to move but couldn't. Gloria was behind him as a gun was touch his head.
"Goodbye."
*bang*
he died on the spot. He witnessed the destruction. Unable to process it he died so easily.

[Day's later]
Faraday was hiding in his hideout. All of a sudden he heard gunshots.
"What's happening?"
He questioned, confused and his bodyguards quickly went to the door. Only for it to open up revealing two figures.
"You two!?"
Shocked, the guards quickly were hacked as their cyberware went haywire. Making them unable to move and collapse. Gloria shot both of them in the heart and brain. Lucy walked over them and looked at Faraday.
She wrapped the lasso around him. As he grunted glaring at both women.
"Lucy...and even Gloria!"
He then yelled at them.
"Unhand me!"
*bang*bang*
"You are better not screaming."
"Ah!!"
She felt two bullets in his knee caps. As he slouched trembling in pain.
"I can finally kill you."
This was revenge because Faraday knew of the Sandevistan that she acquired sending goons to her. But another rival gang saw them and they shot each other but only killed her son David.
Her eyes burning with fury and vengeance. Lucy looked at her and knew what she was about to do.
*bang*
That was the end of Faraday.
