[2 year later....and some change]
Emiya quit archery, he was better off training with Ace. He was meditating, feeling his Qi again and fortifying his body to be stronger. To take his blows more often, though it was him becoming more of a punching bag.
"Senpai"
Sakura was holding a tray of fruits and tea. She placed it down in front of the table as Emiya. As he opened his eyes seeing her, he smiled grateful for her gesture.
"Thank you Sakura."
He got up and moved close to the table. He sat down on the floor. He gratefully munched on the fruit and drank the tea. She got better at tea brewing and it showed. As Emiya's eyes lit up and Sakura caught on. She smiled seeing him enjoy her tea and fruits.
Seeing her smile, Emiya was happy he helped her change to be more joyful. back then she looked expressionless though he never pried into her family matters. Seeing her go home and come to his home for a bit. Now she stayed with them for some time as he let her live with them.
"Yoo-hoo!"
The door slid open and Taiga appeared with a bag of ordered takeout food. Since it was Christmas as Taiga went all out.
"Merry Christmas guys!"
She put the bags on the table, looking at them both with a grin.
"Time to indulge in a little festivity food~!"
"Let me help you Taiga-san."
"Oh thank you Sakura-chan!"
She hugged Sakura with eager joy. Making Sakura giggle feeling the care from her.
"Let me help too Aunty."
The unpacked the food and had plates ready. As they indulged in some christmas food. The three of them chatted and laughed like a family.
"You know Sakura, Shirou has a cute side of him mimicking to be a hero."
"He does...?"
Sakura looked at him with the corner of her eyes. She hummed because he was her hero.
"Yeah, he's like his father who was like a hero to him."
As she drank some more wine, she smiled now looking like she was drunk.
"Haaa, you drunkyard."
"hehe~ Shirou embarrassed!"
Emiya shook his head as he continued eating.
"my hero...."
She murmured those words softly. Emiya didn't catch on but saw her lips move.

Emiya kept training, as Sakura watched her eyes never leaving his figure. She could sit and watch him all day. That's what brought her joy, watching Emiya and being close to him.
"Senpai...."
She asked him what he was doing this for, he only responded to just know how to defend himself. She didn't think of it as much and was awed at his training. Ace looked at Sakura who looked at Emiya swinging his swords. practicing his swings and stance.
He looked at Sakura how those eyes brimmed with a certain type of emotion. A glint flash across them, as emotions started to bloom. Even a flower like her had a dark emotion budding slowly.
'She really is liking him.'
He noticed it, but he also had long notice something dark within her. It was time to break it to Emiya, since he didn't want her to be something he should worry of.
It wasn't of importance right now, but seeing him get stronger. He surely was ready to know. Whatever history or family she had, she definitely wasn't normal.
"haaa~...."
He stopped swinging, as Sakura quickly got on her feet and approached him with a cloth. Wiping the sweat of his face. Emiya slightly blushed as his heart fluttered at Sakura's gesture. Sakura didn't think of much but she done this multiple times like a routine.
It made Emiya realize something.
(Kid time to talk.)
Hearing his serious tone of voice. Emiya face became serious.
'What is it?'
(It's about Sakura.)
Now that made Emiya curious, as Sakura saw his face become serious.
"Is something the matter Senpai?"
"O-Oh nothing just thinking of something."
"ok."
Dismissing her worry, he patted her head.
"lets just rest."
"yes Senpai."
Her cheeks started getting red slightly. As they both went to their respective rooms. He laid down asked Ace of his matter of Sakura.
'What is it about Sakura?'
(That girl she has quite the living being residing in her....a curse it is)
'A curse!?'
he was surprised, he wanted to know more of Sakura health.
(It's bad but it's nothing to me.)
'Can you heal her?'
(I can, but you'll have to show me that you're still able to finish in copying your second divine weapon.)
Emiya eyes became sharp, it seemed it wasn't so easy to help Sakura. He knew that his sensei was strong and ruthless. He already was training him so asking him that might have been to much.
'I'll do it sensei.....when I do heal Sakura please.'
He believe of the curse existing in Sakura, his sensei never lied. As Ace saw "worms" move from within her. That is eating her from within, something that amplifies her emotions.
He saw people suffer more, though he wasn't going to make things easy for Emiya. If he wanted her healed by him. He needed to show for it. He'll loose someone precious to him.
Then again he had taking a liking to the girl who was quite the easy going.
