Chapter 29 - Chapter 29 – no.7: Eren holds the stone to block the gate; humanity's first victory over a Titan.

"Concerning the multiverse projection?" Hiruzen Sarutobi looked at his old friend Danzo Shimura, drew calmly on his pipe, and asked, "You wish to study those boys powers?"

"Naturally." Danzo nodded. "The abilities they displayed are unlike anything I've ever seen; they clearly come from another world."

"You saw for yourself what they can do, Hiruzen."

Hiruzen exhaled smoke and gave a small nod. "Speak your mind"

Danzo's eye glinted with approval; though Hiruzen had aged, he was no fool.

Aside from Tanjiro, what the other two youths showed was suited to large-scale warfare—like the Ninja World conflicts.

Not that Tanjiro's power was weak, but relying on breathing to boost strength sounded odd; flashy, yet not overwhelmingly strong.

Tatsumi's armor could be replicated by the smith-nin villages—give them schematics and concepts and they'd forge something similar.

And Emiya Shirou's Innate Territory could inspire a large-scale combat barrier jutsu.

If successful, those two projects alone could multiply Konoha's military strength several times over.

Even the Breathing Technique, if decoded, would be a fine way to raise the physical abilities of the village's children.

Danzo laid out every detail of his plan.

It wasn't just the Naruto World.

Across other worlds, people were already using the first three 'protagonists' to boost their own power.

Night Raid, for instance.

They coveted Tanjiro's Breathing Technique; his world had no Teigu or other gimmicks—just demons and that miraculous breathing style.

According to the Demon Slayer Corps, the demons themselves were only super Danger-Beast level threats.

To Night Raid, that was nothing special; what mattered was the Breathing Technique that let ordinary humans fight monsters.

Combine that body-strengthening breath with their Teigu and Night Raid's strength would jump a whole tier.

After watching her comrades die, Najenda would pay any price to raise her team's power.

Yet both Teigu and flesh had already been pushed to their limits.

We're all professional assassins—no joke.

So when Najenda saw what looked like a miraculous Breathing Technique that could strengthen the body, she naturally set her mind on acquiring it.

To that end, she specifically added the Pillars of the Demon Slayer Corps to her contacts, planning to ask them for the specifics of training in Breathing Techniques.

While everyone waited for No.7 to start, they all kept themselves busy.

A few minutes later, a line of text appeared on the black screen.

Instantly every gaze snapped toward it; whatever they'd been doing was set aside as they focused on the video.

No.7: Eren lifts the boulder to seal the gate—'humanity' scores its first victory over the Titans.

The title left many people baffled. What? Titans?

One-Punch Man World.

"Titans… you mean those things?" Saitama seemed to recall something and turned to Genos. "I've run into one before—huge guy, really tall. Only, uh, he was missing 'that' part."

"Sounds terrifying."

Even Genos, a cyborg, knew at once what Saitama meant by 'that'.

Naruto World.

Naruto stared at the title in puzzlement. Titans? What are those? Just really tall people? Or super-muscular ones?

"Kakashi, do you know?" Sasuke understood the literal meaning of 'Titan', but he suspected the ones in the video weren't what he imagined.

"If you mean something unusually tall, I know a few. But if they're non-human giants, count me out." Kakashi rolled his visible eye.

"…"

The three members of Team 7 regarded Kakashi with flat disdain, as if to say: Aren't you supposed to be a Jonin of Konoha?

You don't know anything we ask about.

How are you the legendary Copy Ninja, Kakashi of the Hatake?

Kakashi looked helpless. After the Land of Waves mission, he'd finally earned the kids' trust.

Yet four consecutive 'Top Moments' reels had turned that trust into open scorn.

He really couldn't help it—none of this came from their world. If he could explain it off the bat, something would be seriously wrong.

Type-Moon/Fate World.

Gilgamesh, on his way to find Emiya Shirou, frowned at the word 'Titan' and thought first of the giants in myth.

Norse frost-giants came to mind, but he quickly shook his head; it didn't feel like them.

The creator of these videos was clearly a being who knew the pasts and futures of countless worlds.

Whatever 'Titans' were, they must belong to some other universe.

Right now, however, Gilgamesh wasn't interested in watching. He would locate Shirou first and see whether the boy matched the state shown in the clips.

If he did, Gilgamesh would be ready for a full-blown battle.

If not, then Gilgamesh would find a way to cross worlds and hunt down Kibutsuji Muzan!

That clown had to die—no one would stop him.

Type-Moon/Fate World, school grounds.

"Hm? The video's starting?"

Tohsaka Rin had just dragged Emiya Shirou into a quiet corner when she noticed No.7 was playing.

"Um… Tohsaka, what are we doing here?" Shirou sounded resigned. "I still need to grab lunch; lunch break's almost over."

Rin cut to the chase. "Do you have the multiverse projection?"

"I do. Why?" Shirou nodded; he'd seen Rin's own daily-life clips on the platform, so her knowing about it didn't surprise him.

"Less talking—watch the official recommendation first. You'll understand after."

With that, she turned her attention to the screen.

"Everyone, come take a look."
