Julie's Point of Vie
My eyes fell on his open shirt, which revealed his chest and tight bronze muscles, increasing my confusion a confusion I tried to bury behind a mask of anger.
He asked me in a tone full of wonder: "What?"
I fixed my gaze on his eyes and clenched my hands tightly, saying:
"I want you to come with me to my room."
He didn't argue; he placed his weapon behind his back with a graceful movement and stepped out of the room.
Before the door closed, I caught a glimpse of that red-haired girl lying semi-naked on the bed, eyeing us with strange and disapproving looks.
As soon as the door closed behind him, he asked coldly:
"Is there a problem?"
I didn't answer him; instead, I turned and walked ahead of him with long strides, feeling his dominant presence behind me following me through the silent corridor.
