Julie's point of view
I leaned toward him slightly and whispered with a confident smile:
"I will give you other jewelry."
Silence reigned for seconds, in which I saw his internal struggle behind his eyes, before he breathed deeply and said:
"Fine... but you have to tell part of the truth first."
I knitted my brows suspiciously: "I told you everything!"
He replied rigidly:
"Not to me... I mean to Mr. Robert."
I asked him in confusion while crossing my arms over my chest:
"What do you mean?"
He adjusted his sitting position and explained calmly:
"You are now his personal assistant, and I will train you here. I can dedicate two hours a day to you at exactly this time, but how will you come and be gone all this time without him noticing?"
My shoulders slumped with annoyance and I began pacing the narrow space:
"Yes, you're right... what do I do?"
He suggested coldly:
"You will tell him that you want to exercise in the gym."
