I heard someone calling softly. I twisted and turned my hand landing down on the cold side of the bed.
My eyes opened slowly, I took in the room as I sat up. I stretched my tired body as my eyes landed on a dark figure sitting at my foot.
I nearly screamed then I realized it is Lia, my shadow. "What are you doing here?" I asked her.
'you are naked' she replies in a sassy tone, I glanced down my bust and true to Lia I am naked.
I quickly grabbed the bed covers and it was around me then last night's event flooded in, I glanced around the room, Ashmaris is not here.
My cheeks flamed up.
"You scared me, you can't just sneak on me like that"
'Don't put that on me, you are the one incapable of knowing when I am around you' Lia bites back. 'looks like you have a wild night'
"So about Ishkara did you find something?" I asked.
