Smith watched as John Wick embraced his wife, overwhelmed with joy and tears. Meanwhile, members of the Assassin Guild curiously observed the resurrected Helen, their gazes also drawn to the Dragon Balls scattering through the sky.
At the same time, a single thought quietly took root in everyone's mind:
If we were to fall in battle one day… could the Dragon Balls bring us back to life as well?
Unlike the others, Smith Doyle slowly swept his gaze across the crowd. Then, his consciousness shifted into the system space.
The three Dark Wish Pools, which had previously been unusable, lit up once again. Smith Doyle first selected the Character Wish Pool.
Standing at the bottom of the lottery space, he looked up at the meteor hanging above him. Compared to his first draw, the figures embedded in the meteor had clearly changed. He could now see young Goku, young Krillin, Yamcha, Tien Shinhan, Chiaotzu, Master Roshi, Mercenary Tao, Crane Hermit, Nam, an elderly Piccolo—and deep within the glowing core of the meteor, even an adult Son Goku.
Smith Doyle's eyes lit up at the sight of these figures.
This time, the most promising options were clearly Son Goku and Piccolo—one possessing Saiyan blood, the other Namekian blood.
Although it was impossible to judge young Goku's exact strength at the moment, Goku, Krillin, and Yamcha were all wearing Turtle School martial arts uniforms bearing the turtle emblem. That alone suggested their strength was still quite respectable. Of course, if his luck turned bad and he drew Nam, that would be unfortunate—the "Cross Air Ten Fists" wouldn't be very useful in upcoming battles.
After observing for a moment, Smith Doyle no longer hesitated and directly made his wish.
The figure before him fired a Kamehameha straight toward the meteor above. One of the glowing orbs shattered instantly.
Congratulations to Smith Doyle for obtaining a Young Son Goku Character Card.
A card appeared before him.
On it was depicted a young boy named Son Goku, wearing Turtle School martial arts clothing, carrying the Power Pole on his back, unleashing a Kamehameha with his hands, and standing atop the Flying Nimbus.

After using this character card, you will gain Young Son Goku's bloodline and abilities.
When Smith Doyle saw the card he had drawn, joy spread across his face.
Aside from the adult Goku hidden deep within the meteor, this was the best possible card he could have obtained—one that even Piccolo could not rival.
Although Goku's exact combat power could not yet be confirmed, his outfit alone indicated that his strength was at least 180, the level required to compete in the 22nd World Martial Arts Tournament. There was even a chance he had already reached 260, the level he possessed when fighting King Piccolo.
No matter which it was, this represented a massive leap forward. More importantly, it was his potential.
Yamcha's combat power had increased before, but his potential growth was limited, and he lacked the ability to control ki. This time, however, Smith Doyle had gone straight to the top.
For someone with Saiyan blood, the path to greater strength was clear.
With the character wish completed, Smith Doyle shifted his attention to the Item Wish Pool.
He clicked the item draw and looked up at the meteor once more.
Each glowing orb contained a different item: Senzu Beans, bags of Senzu Beans, jars of Senzu Beans, single-pilot Saiyan pods, Namekian ships, Frieza's massive flagship, Ultra Divine Water, first- and second-generation battle armor, healing pods, gravity chambers, space capsules, scouters, and more.
Smith Doyle scanned the scene, stunned by the sheer variety. Items were packed densely together, with even multiple generations of the same equipment. He even spotted a time machine developed by Bulma in the future.
He wanted everything—but he could only choose one.
He silently hoped it wouldn't be a space capsule, as that would be of little use to him.
As the draw commenced, the figure before him once again fired a Kamehameha toward the celestial body, shattering a single glowing point.
Congratulations, Mr. Smith Doyle, you have obtained a Healing Pod.
Smith Doyle was extremely satisfied when he saw the result.
This item perfectly complemented his newly acquired Saiyan bloodline. As for gravity chambers, he was confident that with Marvel-universe technology, he could obtain those easily.
With two wishes resulting in excellent gains, Smith Doyle turned his attention to the third and final draw—the Companion Wish Pool.
He pressed the summon button and looked up, hoping for something more advanced.
Master Roshi, Upa, Bora, Oolong, Puar, King Kai, Android 8, Pilaf, Dende, Korin…
He even spotted Bulma, Babidi, and King Kai among them—though deeper existences remained unclear.
While Smith Doyle was surprised by the lineup, he wasn't shocked by the outcome. With his current strength, neither King Kai nor Babidi were figures he feared provoking.
As the Kamehameha roared past once more, a companion card appeared before him.
Congratulations to Smith Doyle for obtaining a Support-Type Combat Partner: Bulma!
Smith Doyle's eyes widened.
This… was an incredible gain.
With a scientist like her, I'm going to be rich.
There was no longer any need to search for someone to develop gravity chambers. Dragon Ball Radars—even space capsules—were all within reach now.
Smith Doyle was ecstatic.
After completing all three wish draws, he didn't immediately use his rewards. Instead, he opened his eyes, waved his hand, and said:
"Return."
Assassin Guild Headquarters
After returning to the textile factory, Smith Doyle issued a few instructions and headed straight to the training room.
As his consciousness sank into the system space once more, he held the Young Son Goku character card in his hand. A thought surfaced in his mind:
If I use this card… will I grow a Saiyan tail?
The idea made him excited.
A tail was the key to achieving Super Saiyan 4, and the tenfold power boost from the Great Ape transformation was also an excellent trump card.
"Use!"
The card dissolved into a beam of light and merged into Smith Doyle's body. His energy surged violently as pure Saiyan blood flooded his veins. A tail grew from his tailbone, ripping through his pants and wrapping around his waist like a strange belt.
The combat power reading he wore skyrocketed:
9…30…90…150…
Finally, it stopped at 189.
Smith Doyle was stunned.
It seemed he had obtained a version of Young Goku who had already participated in a martial arts tournament—and more than that, his original combat power had been added on top.
