Rachel Kim, the marketing director, practically vibrated with nervous energy as she pulled up her presentation. "We've developed three campaign approaches for Lumina Noir. The first focuses on architectural inspiration—'Building Beauty in Darkness.' The second emphasizes gemstone quality—'Rare. Refined. Revolutionary.' The third takes an emotional angle—'Elegance Redefined.'"

She clicked through mood boards, sample advertisements, social media concepts. All of it was technically solid, beautifully aesthetic, focusing on the designs and the cuts. Professional and expected.

But completely uninspiring.

Seraphina watched in silence, her face neutral, waiting for Rachel to finish her presentation.
