"This is the best damn drink I've had in ages! Come here, little brother—mwah!" Himeko, still chugging from her glass, yanked Chen Luo into a headlock.

Chen Luo's face was mercilessly buried in certain overwhelming assets before being stamped with lipstick. He looked utterly lifeless.

Thankfully, the ordeal ended quickly.

Not that Chen Luo could resist—Himeko's strength was monstrous.

She's an A-rank Valkyrie. Chen Luo's current physical stats couldn't even match a B-rank, let alone a C-rank.

But while his body might be weaker than a C-rank's, his skills could turn most B-ranks into vegetables.

Exceptions like Kiana didn't count—that Kaslana bloodline was pure cheating.

"Boss, got anything to sober her up? Give me a glass!" Compared to Himeko's A-rank strength, Theresa's S-rank muscles—plus the Herrscher of Sentience subtly tweaking Himeko's consciousness—made restraining her a breeze.

Mixing a sobering tonic was simple—just one ingredient.

"Wh-Where am I...?" Murata Himeko clutched her throbbing head after downing the drink.

"Are you okay now, Himeko?" Theresa asked worriedly.

"Theresa? Why are you here?" Himeko blinked in confusion.

"What else, where did you go to drink again!?" Theresa said angrily with her hands on her hips.

"Not important. What is important is—where is this place?" Himeko dodged the question.

"It's a bar. A magical bar..." Theresa sighed and launched into an explanation.

"Wait—so drinks here are free?! My paycheck is saved!" Himeko's eyes sparkled.

"HIMEEEEKO!!!"

"But why are you three staring at me like that? Did I... do something stupid while drunk?" Himeko eyed Chen Luo, the Herrscher of Sentience, and Venti's weird expressions.

"Nope. Thank Theresa for making me mix you a sober-up tonic," Chen Luo said first.

"Also, folks—closing time." He tapped his wristwatch.

"What? But I just got here! What kind of magical bar closes this early?!" Himeko complained.

"I have to get up early to do homework tomorrow. Do you know the suffering of a second year high school student?!" Chen Luo slammed the counter.

"Wait—high school?! Second year! You're a student?!" Himeko gaped.

She'd assumed the owner of this mystical bar would be some millennia-old relic. Even if he is not that old, he should not be a teenager.

"What's wrong with being a student? Look down on us? Do you know how many high schoolers save the world annually? No, you don't—you only know booze." Chen Luo said dissatisfied.

"Ahem. If you're a student, then studies come first. And never drink alcohol." Himeko instantly switched to Teacher Mode, despite reeking of wine.

"I mix drinks. I don't drink them. Thanks."

"Good. Then... could you make me one more to-go?" Teacher Mode vanished as she grinned.

"This is how you treat students?" Chen Luo deadpanned.

"Your drinks are just that good." She shrugged.

[Ding! New commission received!]

"Sure."

Primogems make everything negotiable.

"If she gets takeout, I want some too!" Venti hoisted his empty barrel.

[Ding! New commission received!]

"Everyone gets some!" Chen Luo cheerfully agreed.

Once again—he loved this bar.

Since opening it, his Primogem income had been nonstop.

Another 20 Primogems acquired.

From Friday after school to now—just over 24 hours—he'd earned 345 Primogems.

At this rate, future earnings would be insane.

This was enough to buy the precursor skill to the Edge of Taixuan: "Sword Mantra."

The "Mantra" stage need to be completed to unleash the true Edge of Taixuan.

Chen Luo's current "Mantra" realm—"Free of Dust"—was cheated into existence. While he could buy the "Eminence" realm to forcibly use the technique, it'd be a weakened version.

A full "Mantra" realm cost 500 Primogems, but since he already had "Free of dust," 300 would elevate it to completion.

A perfected Sword Mantra didn't just optimize combat focus—it could also negate the "SWARA" side effects.

Sword Mantra wasn't just a skill—it was a state of being, useful regardless of whether he pursued the Edge of Taixuan later.

But he held off for now. Emergencies might demand Primogems.

"Alright, everyone—see you tomorrow." After preparing and packing the orders, he handed them over.

"Oh, and—if it's not too much trouble, next time, could you bring some gold or Chinese yuan? Just a tiny bit of gold, or even 10 yuan would help." Chen Luo's request to Theresa and Himeko earned nods.

"What about me?" Venti pointed at himself.

"You... just focus on not starving to death." Chen Luo rolled his eyes.

Theresa was a Principle and the beloved granddaughter of Schicksal's Bishop. Her family is practically swimming in wealth.

Himeko, an A-rank Valkyrie and St. Freya instructor, had a hefty salary.

Asking them for local currency wasn't a big deal.

Venti? The best bard in Teyvat—who earned zero income.

If he weren't literally not human, he'd have starved long ago.

Asking him for money is like asking him to die.

"So, what now?" the Herrscher of Sentience asked after the guests left.

"What else? Sleep. I wasn't kidding about that homework." Chen Luo rolled his eyes at her.
