Dariush closed his eyes and said: "Eira... Sorry if I made you worry so much."
The fireplace light and the low light casting into the room emphasized Dariush's muscular frame, but it was neither too bulky nor too lean.
Eira startled for a moment and then stuttered but said it anyway: "N-no, i-it's ok! No need to be sorry. I am just happy to see you healthy, slightly, finally." (She looked down at her hands, which were grasped together on her lap, for a moment.)
Eira's eyes showed a mix of emotions like love and sadness. But at the same time, her lips curved up and smiled gently. Then she said: "But please, please, Dariush, don't do something that might hurt you." (Her voice was shaky, and she leaned in slightly.)
Dariush opened his eyes, looking at her with an intense gaze. His own eyes showed a mix of emotions too. He said firmly: "Then I promise you that I will be careful."
Eira leaned in more and said: "How can I believe your promise, when you've almost died multiple times?"
Dariush got up on his right elbow and suddenly kissed her lips. He pulled back and said: "Now you have my promise locked in your heart." (He smirked.)
In this moment, the atmosphere felt good but charged with tension and desire that was mixed with raw love.
Eira blushed furiously, and she looked like she was going to explode. Her jaw dropped.
Dariush chuckled softly and said: "More than a century of being married together, but you are still like our first kiss." (He smiled, and his eyes showed adoration.)
Dariush remembered their first kiss. His shattered and broken memories were slowly getting their original form, but it was still not full—like a broken mirror.
Eira nearly fell from the bed but regained her balance again. She said: "I can't help it... You are too perfect that I can't resist."
At the same time, she touched her lips and smiled widely but also gently.
The fireplace crackled slightly. Its sound made the intimate atmosphere mix with coziness.
Dariush patted her head: "And you are too adorable and sexy for your own good."
Eira whimpered with pleasure from the touch and then instinctively leaned in more to Dariush. Her body almost touched his. She whispered: "Dariush... Please stop being so...." (She couldn't find the proper word and just pressed herself to Dariush.)
Dariush paused for a moment, blinked once, and then smirked, his eyes darkening with desire: "And what happens if I don't want to stop?" — he whispered into her neck with a breathy voice.
The atmosphere grew more tense, more intimate. At the same time, the sky started to get black. Moonlight cast into the bedroom through the windows. The moonlight fell on both of them gently, making the air between them more romantic.
Eira moaned softly, startled for a moment, but then she wrapped her arms around his head and pulled him closer to her neck while breathing heavily. Her chest fell and rose rapidly. She said with a breathy voice: "Please... Don't stop now. I need you."
Dariush whispered: "Sure, my dear." — Then he kissed her neck, again and again. Then her jawline, and then her collarbone.
Eira moaned after each kiss. Each louder than the last.
Dariush wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her closer, then pinned her next to himself, positioning himself between her legs.
She didn't even resist.
Dariush looked down at her with a mix of emotions in his eyes—maybe love, and maybe desire. Then he leaned down while gripping her waist, and at the same time, he started kissing her lips.
She wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him closer, melting into the kiss. Her eyes closed as she lost herself in the kiss, moaning as their tongues started to dance with each other.
Dariush deepened the kiss more, and he squinted his eyes for a moment. Then his hands slid down to other parts of her body.
Then black out.

Next day. Morning sunlight cast into the bedroom onto Dariush's face. He slowly woke up, sat up, and stretched his arms above his head.
His body was covered with scratches and marks of red and purple. But soon after he looked at them, they started to heal slowly.
He looked to his right side and saw Eira fully naked, but her lower body was under the blanket. Her body was covered with marks too.
Dariush chuckled softly for a moment and whispered to himself: "We did 50 rounds in one night. I don't think being a vampire is that bad, though. But I must admit, she enjoyed it so much. Me too. But I need to admit it again—I didn't expect to go all out like that for 50 rounds." (He chuckled again.)
He collapsed back onto the pillow again and continued: "Hah. I really didn't expect to love her so much. Especially this fast."
He turned to his side, facing her. He looked at her with a soft expression, then kissed her lips and said: "Waky waky, my dear. It's morning."
She slowly opened her eyes and said sleepily: "Good morning, my perfect husband." (She smiled.)
Morning sunlight cast onto Dariush's back, and in Eira's eyes, he looked so angelic. At the same time, sunlight cast onto Eira's face too, making her black pupils glisten like a black sky with a lot of stars. In Dariush's eyes, she looked angelic too.
Both looked at each other with adoration. Then both said in sync: "So, do you want to—"
Both laughed, and they did it again by saying: "Let's go in—"
Both laughed again, and then Eira said with a smile on her lips: "First you."
Dariush smiled too and said: "Let's go to the bathroom and then the dining room. What do you think?"
Eira chuckled softly and said: "Good idea. But I want to be in this moment a little bit longer. It feels like heaven." — Her expression was soft, and then she leaned in and kissed his chest and wrapped her arms around his neck.
Dariush wrapped his arms around her waist and said: "Good idea too." — He kissed her cheeks and then squeezed her gently in his embrace.
