The news was shocking, to say the least. The entire world had taken it as a fact that Fiona was simply the only child Geralt had, and so she was naturally the heir to her family. The fact that she not only had a half-brother, but it was someone the world had never heard of before.
'But, why did she never mention that to me?' Elio frowned. 'Maybe she just didn't have the opportunity to actually tell me. Or maybe she just wants to keep it private since it is indeed private.'
"In any case, they kept that from ever coming out, since well, that child isn't particularly good for the Vaylors' image. They would rather he remain unknown than have to deal with media coverage of a potential scandal." Melissa said. "Humans are so funny. They would commit sins knowing fully well they would have to deal with the consequences later. Funny creatures indeed."
