Chapter 93- Melissa's Visit
Fiona's words were empty and cold, not even angry. She had long lost all desire to be angry, and now all she felt was emptiness after all these years. She was completely numb to it all, and frankly, deep down, she lost hope in ever seeing the conclusion she wanted to see.
This world had taken away the most precious person in her life and then showed the true colors of her second-favorite person. She lost them both at the same time, all in two different ways.
She had held that grudge against her dad from that moment on, and deep down, had she not known her mother would be sad if she did it, she would've killed him with her bare hands for what he did. Instead, she was forced to work under him and listen to his orders for years and years, just because that was her only option in order to get stronger.
