Cherreads

Chapter 29 - Results of a perverted dream

Rachel woke up gasping for air, her body still trembling from the vivid dream she'd just had. Once again, she had dreamt of Nolan.

The image of him kissing Linda with such passion was still fresh in her mind, and no matter how much she tried to convince herself it was just a dream, her body had already betrayed her.

She turned in bed, feeling the dampness between her legs. Her breathing was quick, and her hands trembled slightly as she tried to decide what to do. Reason told her to get up, take a cold shower, and get on with her day, but her desire was stronger.

With a resigned sigh, Rachel let her hands glide over her body, stopping at her breasts, which were sensitive to the touch. She squeezed them lightly, feeling a shiver run down her spine.

Her mind returned to the dream, to the way Nolan had kissed her, dominant and sensual. She imagined what it would feel like to press her body against those well-defined muscles, and what it would be like to feel his hands exploring her.

Her fingers moved lower, finding the warm dampness between her legs. She began to touch herself slowly, exploring every curve, every sensitive spot, imagining that Nolan's hands were there, provoking her, pushing her to the limit. Her breathing grew heavier, and her soft moans echoed in the silent room.

Rachel closed her eyes, letting herself be carried away by the fantasy. In her mind, she saw Nolan above her, his eyes powerful and full of desire, his firm hands holding her hips as he penetrated her forcefully. In her imagination, she could almost feel the warmth of his body, the sound of his ragged breathing, the scent of his skin.

Her movements became faster, more urgent, as she approached a climax. Her muscles tensed, and she arched her back, moaning louder now, not caring who might hear.

When the orgasm finally hit her, it was like a warm wave that completely enveloped her. Rachel let out a long, deep moan, her body trembling under the impact of the pleasure. She lay there for a few moments, trying to catch her breath, as reality slowly returned to her.

It was only then that she picked up her phone and realized she had spent far more time than expected pleasuring herself. Because of this, she was almost late for work.

Rachel took a deep breath and hopped into a long, cold shower, trying to pull herself together.

She didn't even have time to properly fix her hair or apply makeup. After all, if she lingered any longer, she'd end up even later for her job.

Normally, she didn't care much about that, but knowing Nolan would be there with her at work, the girl wanted to look as beautiful as possible.

"And why should I care about his opinion?" she muttered to herself, leaving the house while still trying to ignore the desires that had completely taken over her body.

That said, she was someone who took her work very seriously. For that reason, she couldn't afford to be late under any circumstances. Being a good employee was a source of great pride for her.

So, the girl finished getting ready as quickly as possible and rushed down to the garage. She grabbed her phone and went to work. Upon arriving, she noticed that this time she was the second one there.

Seeing Nolan dressed in his work uniform, she suddenly realized something obvious that she hadn't stopped to consider before: this would be the first time he'd see her in casual clothes.

Her heart quickened. Of course… the one day I don't have time to look decent, she thought, fighting the urge to groan.

Because of her delay, she'd had to throw on whatever clothes she could find, not bothering to look put-together. Now, standing before him, she felt embarrassed about it.

Then she remembered how perfect Linda had looked the day she saw her. How could she compete with that stunning, voluptuous woman like this?

She couldn't help but worry about how Nolan would see her after this. Would he find her sloppy? Would he be disappointed?

Then she tried to remind herself that she shouldn't care. After all, why should she care about the opinion of a man who didn't even want to date her?

After all, he had other women around him. And she was just another one… Well, Linda had said he treated his girlfriends specially, but…

She told herself it didn't matter. She wanted to believe she was strong enough to brush it off. But deep down, she knew the truth she kept trying to silence, she wanted to be the one who mattered to him.

And this desire tormented her for the rest of the day.

Rachel tried to distract herself, but the desire wouldn't leave her mind. No matter how much she tried to rationalize, and no matter how much she searched for reasons not to like Nolan, she couldn't. He was too perfect…

So, as a defense mechanism, she did the only thing she could: ignore the man. Throughout the day, the two barely spoke.

He even commented on trivial matters, tried to strike up a conversation a few times, but she limited herself to short, monosyllabic answers.

However, when she returned home and found herself alone, the weight of the day fell upon her shoulders. Rachel couldn't stop thinking about him. And then came the regret.

She sighed and ran her hands over her face.

"Why did I do that?" The girl murmured, annoyed with herself.

Deep down, she knew she wanted to be with him. She wanted him close, she wanted to hear his voice, she wanted to feel his gaze on her. And there was no denying it anymore.

Frustrated with herself, the girl picked up her phone, and before reason could make her give up, she quickly typed a message. First, she apologized for ignoring him all day. Then, she asked if their weekend plans were still on.

After sending the message, she threw her phone aside and lay down, restless. She kept tossing and turning, her chest rising and falling with quick breaths as her thoughts spun in circles.

"What am I doing? Why am I wanting to get involved with a man like this?" She wondered, lost.

Then the girl remembered all the men who had passed through her life, all the experiences, good and bad. None of them made her feel the way Nolan did. None of them aroused such intense desire in her.

If it wasn't with him, it wouldn't be with anyone else. That was the truth that scared her the most. She didn't want anyone else. And she doubted she would ever find anyone better than him.

Not long ago, the very idea of sharing a man would've seemed unacceptable to her. She had decided a long time ago that she'd rather stay single forever than go through that.

But more and more, she was starting to accept the idea.

Curiously, Nolan received Rachel's message exactly at the moment he was on his phone chatting with Ana. He had invited her to his apartment, and the girl had let him know she had arrived.

He instructed the doorman to let her come up, a wide smile spreading across his face. After all, Rachel had reacted exactly as he had anticipated.

Without wasting time, he replied briefly, confirming that the weekend plans were still on.

Then he added that they could stay close, whether as friends or as something more, subtly implying that the decision was up to her. Naturally, Nolan knew what she would choose, but he would force her to admit it clearly.

Just then, the doorbell rang. He set his phone on the table and walked over to answer it. Opening the door, he gazed with a confident smile at the stunning blonde standing before him.

His night was only just beginning.
