Kathrina quickly drove out of the alley, started her car, and sped toward the highway. At that moment, the artifact was still in her hands. Umbraxos, hiding within Kathrina's form, was overwhelmingly pleased, because he had succeeded in stealing the artifact for which the Dark Goddess Kill Wish had sent him to Earth. Now he was only searching for a safe place where he could return to his true form and go back to Dark Heaven.
Just then, his eyes fell on the rearview mirror—and he saw the Truth Fairy chasing him at full speed.
"That damn fairy! I don't want to kill her, but it looks like she won't stop chasing me unless I do," Umbraxos thought angrily to himself.
The very next moment, Umbraxos pulled out his pistol, stretched his hand out of the window, and fired at the Truth Fairy. But he had no idea that the fairy he considered an ordinary one was actually a princess of the Fairy Realm. Though she did not possess great power and her role was limited to recognizing truth and flying, there was still a power within her that even she herself was unaware of. In fact, the Truth Fairy had not yet turned twenty-two, and in her world it was tradition that every girl of the royal family received a magical wand upon completing twenty-two years of age. There were still eight full months left before Truth turned twenty-two.
Somehow, the Truth Fairy managed to save herself from the bullet fired by Umbraxos—also known as Kathrina. Just then, her eyes fell upon Secret Admiral, who was flying above her in the air at tremendous speed, heading straight toward Umbraxos's car.
"Truth, don't worry. I'll handle this Kathrina from here," Secret Admiral said, looking at Truth.
The Truth Fairy knew very well that Secret Admiral would not let Kathrina escape with the artifact at any cost, because Lysandra had already been extremely angry the last time Victoria had lost the artifact. And for this very reason, Victoria—also known as Secret Admiral—was determined to reclaim the artifact this time, no matter what it took.
Umbraxos had already seen in the car's window that the Truth Fairy was no longer chasing him, and he was feeling extremely happy. But what he didn't know was that the Truth Fairy had stopped following him only because Secret Admiral herself was now pursuing Umbraxos to stop him.
Suddenly, Umbraxos's car began to rise into the air. When he leaned his head out to look, he saw that Secret Admiral had lifted his car and was carrying it toward the police station.
"Secret Admiral, stay out of this matter, or I'll be forced to take your life unnecessarily," Umbraxos, hidden in Kathrina's form, threatened her.
But Secret Admiral gave no response to his words and continued flying toward the police station with him just the same.
"Now I'll have to return to my true form. Today, humans will learn that there is no one left on Earth to protect them, and that to save their lives, they will have to worship my Dark Goddess Aetna, also known as KillWish, and become her followers," Umbraxos thought to himself.
Then suddenly, the car that Secret Admiral was holding in her hands on the way to the police station began to feel incredibly heavy. In the very next moment, a powerful electric shock surged through Secret Admiral's entire body, causing her to crash to the ground along with the car—and the car exploded as well.
The sudden incident sent the people present there running in all directions in panic. By then, the Truth Fairy had also arrived at the scene.
"Victoria, are you okay?" the Truth Fairy asked, looking toward Secret Admiral.
"Yes, I'm fine. But how did that car suddenly become so heavy, and how did I get hit by an electric shock? There aren't even any clouds in the sky right now for me to assume that lightning struck me while I was in the air. But unfortunately, because of that electric shock, the car slipped out of my grasp, and that girl Kathrina died," Secret Admiral said, expressing regret.
But the very next moment, as Truth looked at the burning car, she said to Secret Admiral, "I don't think Kathrina is dead, because she wasn't even human." As she said this, the Truth Fairy pointed her finger toward the burning car.
Following Truth's gesture, when Secret Admiral—also known as Victoria—looked at the burning car from which Kathrina had been escaping with the artifact, her eyes widened in shock. An eight-foot-tall figure was emerging from the burning wreck, and within moments, it transformed into a lightning demon.
Seeing this, Secret Admiral immediately went on alert and said to the Truth Fairy, "Stop. Move the civilians away from this place immediately. Staying nearby could put their lives in danger." Saying this, Secret Admiral stepped forward.
Hearing Secret Admiral's words, the Truth Fairy began urging everyone present to move away, because many people—unaware of the danger—were standing all around Secret Admiral and Umbraxos, recording videos on their mobile phones. Truth Fairy tried her best to explain to them, but they refused to move from the road. They all thought that perhaps a Hollywood movie was being filmed. What they didn't know was that they were playing with their own deaths.
When Secret Admiral saw that no one was taking the Truth Fairy seriously, she began firing lasers in all directions from her eyes. In the very next moment, the crowd scattered and moved away, but they were stunned by Secret Admiral's behavior—because they had always considered her a superheroine.
"Who are you, and what have you come here to do?" Secret Admiral asked, stepping toward Umbraxos.
Hearing Secret Admiral's words, Umbraxos burst into loud laughter and said, "In just a short time, this Earth will become the empire of my mistress, the Dark Goddess Aethna, and all of you humans together will serve her as slaves. For now, I've simply come to deliver her message to you—that as soon as possible, you should forget your gods and begin worshipping the Dark Goddess Aethna, also known as KillWish. Whoever accepts her as their god the fastest, she will spare their life and induct them into her army."
As he said this, Umbraxos slammed a massive bolt of lightning into the ground, ripping the road apart.
But instead of being afraid upon seeing Umbraxos, Secret Admiral laughed after hearing his words and said mockingly, "Oh, so you're a postman. Alright then, Mr. Postman, your message has been delivered. Now go back into the gutter you crawled out of. And yes—at the very least, don't disguise yourself as a beautiful girl. You know there are plenty of young men on Earth still sitting unmarried. If you go wandering around as a pretty girl in front of them, and they end up doing something inappropriate with you, you won't be able to show your face—not just on Earth, but not even in Dark Heaven."
Hearing Secret Admiral's words, everyone present there, along with the Truth Fairy, burst out laughing.
But this mockery from Secret Admiral drove Umbraxos mad with rage. He hurled a violent wave of lightning toward her, but Secret Admiral leapt into the air and effortlessly neutralized the attack.
On one side stood Umbraxos—his body wrapped in crackling electricity, blue sparks dripping from his eyes. On the other side stood Secret Admiral—calm, upright, lightly hovering in the air, as if the entire sky itself was waiting for her.
A mad grin spread across Umbraxos's lips.
"You mocked me," he roared, "now this entire city will bear witness to the wrath of my lightning."
He raised both his hands. The clouds churned in the sky, lightning swirling into a massive ring. In the very next moment, a mountain of tyrant lightning came crashing down toward Secret Admiral.
But Secret Admiral didn't move an inch.
The lightning reached right up to her—and in a single sharp motion, she shot straight into the sky. The lightning slammed into the road below; the asphalt melted, cars were hurled into the air, burned, and turned to ash.
Hovering in the air, Secret Admiral said calmly, "If you know how to control lightning and use it against people, Umbraxos, then I also know how to beat monsters like you and send them back to where they truly belong—and you're going to understand that very soon."
Her eyes glowed red. Heat vision burst straight toward Umbraxos. Umbraxos instantly raised a wall of lightning. Laser and electricity collided—an explosion tore through the middle of the road, and windows across the city shattered at once.
Umbraxos didn't retreat. He slammed his foot onto the road.
From beneath the ground, electric veins erupted and connected to the city's power grid. Streetlights, traffic signals, transformers—everything flared to life simultaneously.
"You've flown around enough," Umbraxos thundered. "Now you'll feel the true shock of my power, Secret Admiral. After today, you will never again interfere in the work of the Dark Goddess."
The entire city had become his weapon.
From every direction, lightning tore toward Secret Admiral. The air began to burn. Oxygen ionized. No normal human could have survived there for even a single second.
But Secret Admiral closed her eyes and sharpened all her senses. She felt it—every flow of current, every path an electron took.
And then she did something Umbraxos had never expected. She drew in a breath. A superhuman breath.
The air was pulled away from the city, forming a vacuum zone around her. Lightning needs a medium—and the moment the air vanished, Umbraxos's lightning became unstable.
"Impossible! This can't be happening! How can this girl nullify an attack this powerful?" Umbraxos screamed.
Secret Admiral appeared right in front of him, floating in the air, and said calmly, "A crude demon like you probably never went to school, so you wouldn't know the rules of physics—that lightning needs a medium to move. But don't worry. You won't be getting a chance to enroll now anyway."
As she said this, Secret Admiral grabbed Umbraxos by the collar and lifted him up.
By now, Umbraxos had realized that underestimating Secret Admiral had been a massive mistake—but it was far too late for regret. He understood it clearly now: Secret Admiral's body was not a perfect conductor, but a perfect controller.
Umbraxos released a shock with all his remaining strength—but the lightning passed through Secret Admiral's body and drained straight into the ground, as if she herself had created the path for it.
"You only know how to use lightning," Secret Admiral said in a low but heavy voice,"and I know the physical properties of lightning."
She hurled Umbraxos upward—straight toward the sky. They shot up at such speed that the city below shrank into a mere blot of light.
Umbraxos went mad with rage. He unleashed his final attack—drawing the lightning of the entire atmosphere into a single point. The sky began to tear apart.
"IF I'M GOING TO DIE, THEN YOU WILL—"
But before Umbraxos could even finish his sentence, Secret Admiral's eyes flared.
She twisted Umbraxos directly toward the direction of the sun and, for a single moment, released her full strength.
Heat vision.Super strength.Zero-air vacuum.
Umbraxos's lightning found no medium. The energy became trapped inside his own body, collapsing into a feedback loop. His armor began to melt. His nerves started to burn.
"I already told you, Umbraxos," Secret Admiral said calmly,"lightning always needs a path.""But you never understood what I meant."
She hurled Umbraxos downward with brutal force—but not toward the city.
Straight toward the planet's core.
The moment Umbraxos re-entered the atmosphere, the internal overload tore him apart—his lightning collapsed inward on itself. A flash… and then nothing.
When Secret Admiral gently descended back onto the road, the city was silent. The sky was clear once more. Only the scorched asphalt and the sharp smell of ozone lingering in the air bore witness to the fact that a godlike battle had taken place there.
Secret Admiral looked once more toward the city, then said softly, "Power does not mean destruction, because whenever someone is given power, responsibility comes with it. But when a person turns away from that responsibility and chooses destruction instead… stopping them becomes necessary."
Then Secret Admiral cast another glance over the city. Everyone was standing on the road below, clapping for her, now having understood that she had fired her lasers earlier only to protect them. From every direction, people were shouting thanks to Secret Admiral. At that very moment, the Truth Fairy flew in and hovered beside her.
"Victoria… the artifact? Did you get it?" Truth asked, surprised.
"Yes, I did," Secret Admiral replied with a smile, "and I sent it to where it truly belonged."
As she said this, her gaze shifted toward the direction where she had hurled Umbraxos into the planet's core—where, along with him, the artifact had burned away forever, destroyed completely.
