The shower was small, and the steam was thick, but the sound of the shower door sliding open was unmistakable.
Ryan's breath caught in his throat, the water hammering against his neck as he slowly turned around.
Through the blurred glass and the heavy mist, Adrian's silhouette stood looking directly into the glass box.
"Adrian?" He gasped, his back hitting the tiled wall as he instinctively tried to cover his chest with his arms. "Is t-there a problem?"
Adrian stepped into the stall, the hot water hitting his shirtless back and instantly soaking his gym shorts until they dragged low, revealing the deep V curve of his waist. He looked twice as big in the cramped space, his presence completely swallowing the room, and his brows still furrowed, the annoyance sharpened into something else.
"You really did a great job seducing me out there, Ryan?" Adrian murmured, his voice a low rasp vibrating through the enclosure. "I must applaud you for that later."
