Chapter 15 - Chapter 14

Frigga's Private Moment With Roy

Odin had, for now, given up testing his youngest son. He could not understand Roy. Every attempt failed, and every time he tried, the boy's hidden power remained untouchable, perfectly suppressed.

Frigga, of course, had known long ago. She had watched Odin testing Roy, quietly observing the interactions, neither stopping him nor interfering.

She remembered the day she had confronted her son about the faked tests.

Frigga: "Roy… why did you pretend to struggle?"

Roy, calm and smiling, had answered:

Roy: "I have no interest in the throne, Mama."

Frigga had been slightly surprised by the answer, but the boy continued:

Roy: "I know I am not your son by blood."

The words hung in the air. Frigga's eyes widened in shock, but she remained composed, waiting.

Frigga: "When did you realize?"

Roy stepped closer, revealing the hidden features of his True Dragon bloodline. Golden-silver scales flickered faintly along his arms, his eyes glinting with a primordial light.

Roy: "When I first noticed the presence of my bloodline… I knew I wasn't Asgardian by birth."

Frigga opened her mouth, about to speak, but Roy interrupted softly:

Roy: "Even though I am not your son by blood, you treated me as your own. Thank you, Mama."

He hugged her tightly, and she embraced him in return.

Frigga (whispering): "Even if you were not born of me, my heart has always belonged to you."

She pressed a gentle kiss to his forehead.

Revealing True Power

Roy created a subtle barrier around them. Within its confines, he allowed his Single Universe-level power to flow freely—not restrained or hidden.

Frigga gasped, both shocked and proud.

Roy: "Mama, if you want to love someone, you need the power to protect them… and the time to spend with them."

"I never required fame, recognition, or the throne to protect those I care for."

Frigga laughed softly, a warm, affectionate sound.

Frigga: "I will not reveal your secret to anyone. But find what you love, live freely, and come back to tell me what you've done."

Roy nodded, smiling, and left the room gracefully.

Frigga's Reflection

As the door closed behind him, Frigga leaned against the wall and chuckled quietly to herself.

My son has no desire for fame or the throne… and yet he is truly extraordinary.

She thought of Thor and Loki, always seeking Odin's attention, always striving for approval.

And then she thought of Roy—the youngest, who spent more time with her than either brother ever had.

He is unique. He is clever. He is… mine.

Pride swelled in her chest.

Even if Odin doesn't understand him… I do.

Frigga's smile lingered as she whispered to the empty room:

My Roy… the prince who does not chase glory, yet carries the weight of the universe in his hands.
