A Few Days Later — The Investigation Results
Keith sat in the study, calmly reviewing market projections for the Runcandel subsidiaries when the door opened.
Luna, Grayfia, and Darkrai entered.
All three carried the same expression—grave, disturbed, and tense.
Keith immediately closed the file.
Rias, Scathach, Gamma, and Albedo, who had been with him, turned toward the trio.
Grayfia stepped forward and placed a thick folder on Keith's desk.
"Keith… we found the truth."
Keith's eyes sharpened.
"Report."
The Potter File — The Hidden Tragedy
Luna opened the folder.
Her voice was soft, but each word carried weight.
"Ten years ago, the Death Eaters attacked the Potter family. The attack happened because… Sirius Black leaked the Potters' location."
Keith's eyes narrowed.
"So in this world, Sirius was the traitor?"
Grayfia shook her head quickly.
"No. That's what the Ministry's public record says. But underground information contradicts it. This was a planted narrative."
Luna continued.
"The attackers were Rudolf Lestrange, his brother, and several other Death Eaters."
Scathach folded her arms. "High-level combatants."
"Yes." Luna nodded. "But James and Lily Potter fought back. They killed the Lestrange brothers and critically injured others. The survivors fled."
Gamma frowned. "Then how did the Potters die?"
Grayfia flipped to the next page.
"There are no bodies. Not of James, Lily, or their daughter."
Keith leaned forward.
"Show me."
Grayfia handed him a comparison sheet.
The Shocking Connection — Helena Potter
"James Potter, Lily Potter, and their daughter, Helena Potter, are listed as deceased. But…"
Luna pointed to another report.
"…in 1981, Severus Snape adopted a girl. Her name is Helena Prince."
Rias's eyes widened.
Gamma and Albedo held their breath.
Scathach's lips tightened in surprise.
Luna placed two photographs side by side—
Helena Potter (magical birth registry)
Helena Prince (Snape's adopted daughter)
The resemblance was undeniable.
Keith rested his chin on his hand.
"…It's her. Snape saved the Potter child."
Rias stepped closer. "So the girl who 'died' actually became Snape's daughter."
Keith nodded slowly.
"Snape was a major character in the Harry Potter story. He protected Harry from the shadows until his death… and Harry never learned until the end."
Albedo hummed. "So even in this world, he still protects a Potter child."
Gamma sighed. "A tragic but loyal man."
Keith nodded.
"To some extent… yes."
Scathach raised an eyebrow. "What do we do with this information?"
Keith closed the folder with a decisive motion.
"We do nothing. This is Snape's burden, not ours."
He turned to Grayfia and Luna.
"Stop all investigation regarding the Potters and Helena Prince."
Both bowed respectfully.
"Yes, Keith."
Decision Made
Rias sat beside Keith, resting her hand on his.
"So the so-called Potter tragedy is a fabrication… created to hide and protect the last Potter."
Keith exhaled softly.
"In this world, there is no Harry Potter. Instead, the weight of destiny fell on Neville Longbottom… while Snape shielded Helena Potter from the world."
Rias leaned against his shoulder.
The others looked at Keith with quiet respect.
Keith closed the folder and placed it into the sealed Runcandel archive.
"The wizarding world is shifting. And we will move according to our own path—not tangled in old tragedies."
The decision was final.
The investigation ends here.
