Waterloo Town
The whole town is destroyed, buildings and homes smoking; some are still burning. On the port of the island are 2 ships, 1 pirate ship and a small-sized Marine warship.
Explosions, gunshots, and screams can still be heard coming from the center of the island. Enel, Ace, Kuina, and Sugar are currently on the way to the island. When Enel saw the smoke on the horizon, he quickly used his Observation Haki.
"Ace quickly transport the ship, to the island, Kuina and Sugar, be ready, Pirates are attacking Waterloo Town, I'm heading in first" He said and with a bolt of lightning he vanished
Ace made the ship fly, and he quickly controlled it to head to the island. As they neared the island, a small boat flew out from the ship, and it docked slowly at the port.
Enel, on the other hand, quickly saw the fishmen that are currently terrorizing the town, while the Marines are just watching them do what they want.
He immediately took a photo of what was happening. After he took the photo, he used his Observation Haki to mark the Fishman who was still attacking the people and with an angry expression.
"These scums are not fitted to live anymore, Judgement!" He said as the sound of thunder striking was heard by everyone on the island. A 2-meter lightning spear impaled the fishmen who were currently attacking the citizens, and those who got hit by those lightning spears became charcoal.
If Raeven were here and he saw that, he'd definitely shout, "STRIKE WITHOUT WARNING!"
Ace, Kuina, and Sugar arrived at the island too, and Sugar used her devil fruit powers to stop the fire.
Ace and Kuina sprinted across the town, helping those who were still alive, and they saw the Marines who were doing nothing.
"Hey are you really Marines? What the hell are you doing watching those Fishman destroy the town and kill the citizens here!!" Ace said as he draw his sword
"Two survivor kids, I mean pirates. Those swords look good. Kill them; whoever kills them can take their sword," an officer said, which made the Marines attack.
"Scums!" Ace said as he attacked, he didn't attacked with a flying slash, he just covered his sword with Armament Haki and used swordsmanship and brute strength to attack the Marines
The easy fight that the Marines were thinking of before became a massacre and a nightmare for them.
"Kuina, don't let any one of them escape," Ace said as he continued to attack.
Everyone who tried to attack Ace was bisected into two, while Kuina dealt with the ones who tried to escape; she cut their legs off, which made the Marines unable to fight. They survived, but they won't be able to feel the earth with their feet anymore.
In just 15 minutes the fight ended; Ace sheathed his sword as he looked around at the surviving marines crawling on the ground while screaming for help.
"No one will help you now, scums; you even have the gall to call for help," Ace said as he walked towards a marine and kicked him away.
Kuina sheathed her sword too, and she and Ace quickly headed back to Sugar.
When they saw Sugar, she was already done stopping the fires; she is currently helping the survivors, and a little farther away from her are two snowmen.
"Brother, Sister, I called Big Sis Monet for backup; the people here need immediate medical attention," she said.
"Very good, Sugar. Did those two attack you?" Ace pointed at the two snowmen.
"Yes, those two fishmen tried to grab me, so I turned them into snowmen," Sugar said. Ace smiled and complimented her quickly. Kuina, on the other side, is placing the survivors on wooden planks so Ace can transport them quickly.
As the three of them are busy, Enel is done with his job too; those Fishmen who survived his first attack became paralyzed, and he just needed to knock them out; those who tried to resist died immediately.
"You are! Thunder Lord Enel!! Why the hell are you here?" Arlong shouted while Captain Nezumi became frozen in fear.
"Fishman scum, and you Marine trash, I really want to kill you two, but I'll let my family head decide on your fates," he said as he electrocuted the two until they passed out.
Then he grabbed their hair with one hand, and he dragged them away. On the way back, he grabbed a leg of a fishman and pulled it out; it was the octopus fishman Hachi. He dragged him away too.
Those Fishmen who survived won't be able to recover anytime soon, so he just left them there knocked out, their bodies still sizzling; the smell of grilled fish can be smelled in the air.
When Enel arrived near the port, he saw the portable tent. Ace and Sugar were applying first aid to the survivors who had minor injuries, while Kuina was attending to the survivors who had more fatal injuries.
"Sugar already called for backup. Big Brother Raeven, Big Sis Monet, Robin, and the Doctors of the Kuja Pirates are on the way already," Ace said when he saw Enel dragging three men.
Enel tossed Hachi to a nearby snow pile, then he placed Arlong's body on top of Nezumi, and he sat on them, which made Nezumi groan.
"Did any of you get hurt?" Enel asked, and Sugar immediately shook her head.
"Good, then we'll just wait here for them to arrive," Enel said.
10 minutes later, Strife arrived onboard is Castle, Raeven, Monet and Robin, Strife landed on the ground while Raeven stayed on the sky on his hand is a video transponder den den mushi
"See Sengoku-san, your Marines are colluding with pirates. I already sent you the picture that Enel took before. What nice Marines you have," Raeven said as the face of the den den mushi immediately turned black, mirroring Sengoku's reaction.
"What happened to the citizens of the island? As for the Marines, what is their status?" Sengoku said.
"There are about a hundred survivors; out of the thousand citizens, only a few hundred survived. As for your marines, some of them died; those who are still surviving might not survive at all; might as well call them dead already," Raeven said as Sengoku became silent.
"The Marine branch at Lougetown will immediately prepare the bounty reward for those Fishmen. As for those Marines, let them die there," Sengoku said, which made Raeven smile. He expected this to happen; after all, he is a Warlord. There is no way that the Marines will fight him for just a unit of Marines, which really is at fault.
"You don't need to prepare the bounty rewards, Sengoku-san; these fishmen won't return to your custody anymore," Raeven said, and Sengoku stayed quiet for a while.
"Very well, I'll immediately deal with those marines at G-16," Sengoku said as he hung up the call.
Raeven landed on the ground as he stored his den den mushi in his pocket. He immediately saw Hachi on the pile of snow; he looked at Enel, who is using Nezumi and Arlong as a chair, and he smiled. This brat really wants to use his style.
"Good work, Enel; don't let those two die," he said.
"Don't worry, big brother, they won't die," Enel said as Raeven passed him.
Raeven headed towards the center of the island, and he immediately summoned 20 Ninja Khans.
"10 of you will collect the corpses of those Fishmen; the other 10 will collect the corpse and the surviving marines," he said at the Ninja Khans, who immediately started their job.
As the Ninja Khans are doing this, Lugia, the news coo of the family, is quietly taking pictures using his HD camera. He already got the permission from Raeven; after taking the photos, he will send this to Morgans.
A total of 24 fishmen, all of them are dead; they are burnt inside and outside, and all of them have the same size of burnt wound, while the Marines—some of them are sliced into two, some are beheaded, and the surviving Marines have their legs cut off. When they saw Raeven, they immediately begged for help, which made Raeven smile.
When the Marines saw that smile, they shuddered in fear, and then a new Coo bird landed on Raeven's shoulder, and they immediately took a photo.
"I heard before that the most cruel death is being burned alive," Raeven said as he smiled.
"Grab some flammable materials and gather them around them," Raeven commanded the Ninja Khans, and in just five minutes, the whole area was packed with wood that didn't get burned by the earlier fire. The Ninja Khans even found a lot of coals.
Raeven took out a firestarter from his camping gear. He really didn't understand why the highly advanced One Piece world didn't have fossil fuels, or maybe they avoided using them.
As Raeven scratched the fire starter on its box, it immediately lit up in flames, and he placed it on the charcoal. In a few minutes the flame started to get big; in another 10 minutes the screams of those who survived could be heard in the whole town.
After 30 minutes the screams stopped as the flames raged. Raeven stood there to watch the fire; luckily the wind was blowing behind him, so he wouldn't smell the smoke and the aroma of burnt body.
After Raeven confirmed that no one is still alive, he walked away back to the port. He headed towards Arlong and Nezumi, who are currently bound by reinforced chains.
He needed them to have a Senzu Bean each and told Monet to apply sedatives to them.
"Big brother, what are you planning to do to them? Killing them will be too light of a punishment," Ace said, and Enel nodded too.
"Don't worry, I already have a plan for these two. As for that one, apply some first aid to him too. These three will be transported to Sabaody Archipelago. Give this fishman to Rayleigh-san, while these two we'll sell to the Human Auction House."
