Chapter 63 - Chapter 62: Human Hybrids

February 15, 1513

Sixis Island

East Blue

Raeven is currently carrying two babies on his arms, looking at them while he sits on a chair near a bed where Stussy is currently asleep.

After a while he smiled and put the babies down on a crib where Tom, wearing a pink apron, is currently standing.

"Tom, be sure to guard them and look at them while they sleep." Tom saluted, snappy Raeven just smiled and patted his head, and he exited the room.

"Is everything fine?" Mihawk said; he was waiting outside the door the whole time Raeven was inside.

"Stussy already ate 2 Senzu Beans; she's fine. As for the two kids, they're perfectly fine; they even inherited my genes very well," Raeven said as he walked away. Mihawk walked beside him; he sighed in relief when he heard that the three are okay.

"It's good that they inherited your genes well, brother; once they grow up, I'll train those guys," Mihawk said as he grinned.

"Whahahaha, Mihawk, don't get too excited; once they grow up and they can start training, I'll let you handle it. Hopefully Stussy won't get mad," Raeven said.

"Your kids are two boys; it's only normal for them to train and get strong for the sake of the family," Mihawk said.

"You're right, luckily we're still here; they have a lot of time to get stronger," Raeven said as he sighed, and he remembered the future, the chaos that is about to descend on the whole world, and then he grinned.

"Do you think my sons will pick a sword or a scythe?" Raeven asked as he stepped outside the Dracule Tower.

"Why not both? They are twins like us, right? The second son I will take him as my student," Mihawk said.

"Then I'll let the firstborn choose what weapon he wants," Raeven said.

"Did you already name them?" Mihawk asked.

"The elder one is Dracule Darius, while the other is Dracule Draven," Raeven said.

"Good names; now I'm excited to see my child too," Mihawk said.

"Big Brother, congratulations," Enel and Ace said. The girls said their congratulations too, and they all headed towards the clinic of the family.

"Mihawk takes these Senzu Beans; use them if Tritoma needs them," Raeven said as he saw what happened to Stussy, who nearly died because of weakness after she gave birth to a twin. Mihawk just nodded as he stored them inside his storage ring.

"I gained a nephew; in the future they'll call me UNC Ace," Ace said, beaming with a smile, then he said goodbye. He said he's going home to tell his mom about the good news.

Enel, Mihawk, and Raeven are the only ones left, and then out of nowhere, Enel gave a newspaper to Raeven.

"The World Government announced something that you should see, big brother," he said.

Raeven spread the newspaper, and he saw the headlines, 'First son of the sea, Jinbei, joins the Warlords.'

"Sun Pirates captain Jinbei joined, making him the 5th member of the Warlords. The Sun Pirates got an inner conflict, and the crew became divided into two, which became the Arlong Pirates and the Sun Pirates," Raeven said.

"The Arlong Pirates," he added as he grinned.

"Enel, I have a task for you," Raeven said as he closed the newspaper.

"Have Ace expand his patrols; make him patrol the seas of the East Blue, especially near Cocoyashi Village. Accompany him. As for your job as an instructor, I'll take over it until something happens," Raeven said.

"Okay, Big Brother, I'll tell it to Ace once we see each

"Also make sure that we get information on every fishman who will enter East Blue," Raeven added, and Enel nodded.

The next day Stussy is already fully recovered, and right now one of the extra rooms at the Dracule Tower has become a baby room; all of the girls are there.

Shakky and Rayleigh arrived at the island too to congratulate Raeven and to see the twins. Rayleigh was the first one to go outside, and he saw the men of the Dracule Family sitting while sipping some tea, so he headed to them.

"Those two kids are really amazing; I only saw that type of physique on Elbaph, the ancient giants, and they're not even that big," Rayleigh said.

"I sometimes think if you brothers have some kind of special trait, maybe you guys are hybrids," Rayleigh said as he looked at Mihawk and Raeven.

"Stussy already tested it. Mihawk is 50% Lunarian, 40% Ancient Giant, and 10% human, while I am 40% Lunarian, 50% Ancient Giant, and 10% human. I never met our parents, so I don't know what they looked like, but I have never seen anyone who has the same eyes as us," Raeven said.

"Lunarian, Ancient Giants, and you guys awakened Conqueror's Haki. How perverted can you two be?" Rayleigh said as he sighed.

"Maybe our parents are half Lunarian, half human, and half human, half ancient giant; that is the only way I can explain it simply," Raeven said as Mihawk nodded.

"In other terms, we are human, just the best possible human breeds, wahahahaha," Raeven said.

"And those two kids inherited all of it; in a few more years, with good training and proper nutrition, those guys will become something the world government will keep an eye on," Rayleigh said.

"I don't have to worry about that; even if the sky falls, I'll destroy it and create another one. If the world government really wants a fight, then I will give them war," Raeven said.

"Those geezers won't do something like that; you two are a part of the balance they are making. As long as you guys stay the balancing point, they won't do anything to you guys," Rayleigh said as he smiled.

"In addition to why we came here, I have some news. You are allied with Tom's workshop from Water 7, right? One of my old mates told me that the CP9 is targeting them. It seems they are looking for something that fell into the hands of Tom," Rayleigh added.

"Cipher Pol 9, the secret CP agents, right? Then they might be looking for a ship, right?" Raeven asked as he smiled.

Everyone around immediately got what he was saying. Ace is a little bit slower, but when he got it, his face became serious.

"Right, one of the ancient weapons, the battleship of the gods Pluton, said to be able to wipe out an island with one shot from its cannon. I don't know where those crazy guys heard those rumors, but they are currently targeting Tom," Rayleigh said, then he sighed.

"I already extended a helping hand to him, but the man is adamant; he said he wants to finish his dream, and I can only honor it," Rayleigh added.

"It's their choice, and by the looks of it, Tom already had a plan," Rayleigh said, and then he sat there silently.

"Even if they got those blueprints, what can the world government do? If they really want to build it, powering something that big will consume a lot of energy, and with today's technology, it's impossible. Maybe in a few more years it will happen, only if they can get the blueprints," Raeven said.

"Just let them handle it; if we disturb their plan, then it will only go worse," Rayleigh said, and the rest just nodded. If Iceburg calls for help, then Raeven will help him out, but if he doesn't, then he won't help the man.

"As for other confidential news, it's about the Revolutionary Army, still waging war for freedom at South Blue. Right now their 4 commanders are complete. This news is blocked by the government, and Morgans called me to say that his base is under attack, so he can't publish the news," Rayleigh suddenly said as he remembered about it.

"The newest commander, a devil fruit user, is a woman called Belo Betty, and with the addition of the Tyrant Bartholomew Kuma, they began to sweep corrupted kingdoms in the South Blue. Dragon got stronger too; I heard rumors that he is already on the Admiral level," Rayleigh said.

"Belo Betty, Kurusu, Lindbergh, and that Okama who vanished—it looks like the Revolutionaries are getting stable as the years pass by," Raeven added.

"Bartholomew Kuma, that guy is strong, right? I saw his bounty is already 300 million. If we meet these guys again, I want to fight that guy," Mihawk said.

"Right now, 4 CP units are chasing them on the south blue. I heard that even Aokiji is deployed there; the world government really wants them gone," Rayleigh added.

"The South Blue is boiling right now, the same as the New World. With that kid Shanks rapidly climbing the stairs, sooner or later he will clash with the emperors, Kaido, Linlin, and Newgate. Those old monsters are not pushovers. If he wants to grab a pie in the New World, then Shanks should better do something crazy," Rayleigh said as he grinned.

"Becoming an emperor will test him and his crew, but I think they can achieve it. I heard last time that he was heading to Elbaph, right?" Raeven asked.

"Yes, Gaban already called me; it looks like that kid had a nice deal with the giants."
