A month quickly passed and the situation with the Hebidoku clan soon stabilized. The Hosai clan now has full control of the Hebidoku clan, with Ketsu holding some bit of autonomy in his own clan.
The last bit of struggle of the Hebidoku soon ended, after the elder who tried to rebel was quickly killed by Mashiro himself. The elder in question was a trusted confidant of the previous clan leader of the Hebidoku clan.
During the rebellion, more than 60 Hebidoku clansmen rebelled under the protection of the night, where no one could see them, assassinating some elite ninjas and elders Hosai sent to control the clan.
However, due to the fact that Mashiro and Kise were still around, all of the rebels were soon dealt with, taking only a few hours to kill them all.
Although the Hosai clan lost a few elders and some elite ninjas, they managed to control the Hebidoku clan even more, as most of their forces are now gone. Furthermore, the Hebidoku clansmen who were restless soon calmed down as the Hosai sent a batch of grain and livestock, feeding the famished clansmen.
While the rebellion was happening in the Hebidoku clan, Kamishiro had begun his experimentation with the sealing scroll, and managed to easily create a prototype.
The prototype of the sealing scroll wasn't a finished one, as it can only store tiny objects the size of a grown man's palm. While the sealing scroll wasn't finished, it was still a major leap towards the right direction.
During this month, Taro did not slack off in his training, gaining more proficiency in fuinjutsu and taijutsu. What's more, he had expanded his farm to accommodate the growing Hosai clan alongside its new allies.
With the expansion of the farm, he also built an auto farm to further increase the yield he has every year. It was a simple farm that could produce 10 stacks of wheat per hour.
Alongside the farm, Taro had figured out something about the EXP farm he built not too long ago. He figured out that the farm worked with shadow clones, and that shadow clones worked in Minecraft. Even if he was outside of Minecraft and was in the ninja world, he could still send his clones in the mines, farms, and EXP farm all at the same time.
He found out about this by remembering Naruto's fight with Pain, where he sent two shadow clones to Mount Myoboku to gather nature chakra for him. Using this as an example, Taro gathered XP using his shadow clone and also expanded his farm and gained more ores at the same time.
With the boom of XP, more and more swords with enchantments were created and all of them having an extra enchantment of the curse of vanishing. All the stocked up enchanted swords weren't gonna be used for the Hosai clan, but for the Merchant Guild.
In the end Taro wanted these swords to be used, as he used the lowest level of enchantments on them. What's more, with the curse having vanished, he knew that more and more people would buy from the Merchant Guild instead of stealing them from people who already had it.
And with the ores piling up in Taro's chest, he also saved all of them for the Merchant Guild. Not only will it sell more than the swords, but it would also be a good opportunity to crash the metal market.
While Taro was planning on selling these ores, he figured out that if melted into a bar, all the ore's value went up, so he decided to turn all of them into bars, with the gold bar having the greatest value.
But that wasn't the only thing he would be selling, he would be selling the diamonds he acquired during the past few months. However, the netherite he obtained would not be sold, as he had no idea if something like that existed in Naruto.
There was no metal called netherite in Naruto. However, when Taro took netherite out of Minecraft, he noticed that it behaved similarly to chakra-conductive metal, only tougher and lighter.
While Taro was trying to decide on what more he could sell, he remembered something important: spices.
He asked Toji and the others that will be joining the Merchant Guild to start buying seeds for spices once everything started running. The reason for this was because of Minecraft. He wanted to know if he could also plant seeds that's not native to Minecraft, and would it also grow at the same speed as wheat.
Curiosity wasn't the only reason he wanted these seeds, as it would also be a massive market that the Merchant Guild could enter and crash, because if the experiment worked, they would have infinite supplies of them.
After informing Toji about the spices, Taro began starting his third item that he would be selling using the Merchant Guild. The item in question are potions from Minecraft.
Out of all the items, the potions took the longest to obtain, as he had no clue on what was needed to brew these potions. In his previous world, Taro never used any potions in all of his playthrough playing Minecraft. And without any guides, all he could do was experiment.
However, after a whole week passed in the ninja world while staying in Minecraft the whole time, he finally managed to brew three successful potions. The first potion he crafted was the potion of swiftness.
The potion of swiftness allowed the one who drank it to have a momentary increase in speed. This speed would last for 8 minutes in Minecraft, but in the ninja world, after experimenting, Taro found out that it lasted for 2 hours.
The two other potions brewed by Taro were the strength potion and the instant health potion. Both were expensive to make, with the strength needing blaze powder and the instant health needing a golden watermelon.
On the other hand, the potion of swiftness was the easiest and the cheapest potion to brew, as it only needed sugar, something he had an abundance of.
While using these sugars, he also planned to sell more and more items from Minecraft, as he remembered the items such as: sugar, leather, books, papers, and wools.
With how expensive the other two potions were, Taro decided to make the strength and instant health potion be a premium item that would cost millions of ryo. After all, in a world full of conflict, strength and health is the most sought after.
After finding out the recipes for the three potions, Taro summoned another slave to brew for him—his shadow clone.
Once the shadow clone started brewing, Taro began another massive project that would take till another month to finish. Not only is it difficult to build, especially in a sort of realistic Minecraft world (not really but you get what I mean), but it's also hard to find the resources to make the build.
The project Taro is currently working on is a building many Minecraft players built to reduce the time needed to be in the mines—the automatic iron farm.
