Chapter 100 - Chapter 100: Fifth-Tier Beast Transformation Pill?

Time flowed like water.

In the rhythm of daily cultivation, days blurred into weeks.

By the Lake of Life, Fang Yang opened his eyes, ending his session—

then gazed thoughtfully into the distance.

"Gu Yue… could other factions discover Star Dou Forest?" His voice carried quiet concern.

Gu Yue blinked, black hair stirring in the breeze.

After a pause, she replied: "I've warded the forest with special barriers. Outsiders won't detect its anomalies."

"I see…" Fang Yang nodded, a spark igniting in his eyes.

Gu Yue tilted her head, curious. "Why ask this now?"

Instead of answering, Fang Yang called into the forest:

"Di Tian."

WHOOSH!

A black-robed figure materialized by the lake—handsome, stern, ageless—golden hair streaking his temple.

He knelt, golden dragon eyes brimming with reverence:

"Your servant Di Tian… greets the Lords!"

"Rise," Fang Yang said. "Does Star Dou Forest hold rare immortal herbs or treasures?"

Gu Yue's eyes lit with realization—He plans to refine pills!

Di Tian pondered. "Indeed, my Lord… there are… some."

"Retrieve them," Fang Yang commanded.

"At once!"

Di Tian vanished like smoke.

When he returned, he presented a storage soul-guided device:

"My Lord—these are the rarest specimens I gathered."

Fang Yang's spiritual sense probed the contents—

GASP!

Inside—a treasury of wonders:

- Crystal-clear Frost Marrow Lingzhi, Beautiful Silk Tulips radiating seven-colored halos, a Dragon-shaped ginseng pulsing with primordial energy—far exceeding his expectations.

"This…" Fang Yang was speechless.

Then he recalled the Ice-Fire Yin Yang Well—a divine spring born from the fallen Ice and Fire Dragon Kings—squandered by Dugu Bo, the "Poison Douluo," who couldn't even identify half its immortal herbs… only for Tang San to claim it all for the Tang Sect…

"My Lord?" Di Tian's voice pulled him back.

"Excellent. Dismissed," Fang Yang said, pocketing the device.

After Di Tian left, Gu Yue asked eagerly: "What pills will you refine?"

Fang Yang smirked mysteriously. "You'll see when they're done."

His decision was made: Beast Transformation Pills.

Originally Seventh-Tier pills—not beyond his skill, but this accursed Douluo Realm couldn't withstand their energy… or the pill lightning!

(In the God Realm? Possible. But a certain "Pure God-King Tang" might object: "Dare trespass in my realm? You've sealed your fate!")

So—he'd craft a Fifth-Tier version, downscaled yet perfect for this world.

From the storage device, he pulled ten-thousand-year spirit herbs—substitutes for true ingredients.

As a Ninth-Tier Alchemist, he needed no cauldron—his bare hands could refine pills in midair.

"Begin—Fifth-Tier Beast Transformation Pills!"

His fingers formed seals.

Yang Flame from the Yin-Yang Twin Flame blazed in his palm, heat soaring.

His spiritual power guided each herb into the inferno.

HISS!

Herbs melted instantly, spinning into crystalline elixirs.

Smelting, purifying, merging—each step flowed like water through his fingers.

As the final seal struck—FLASH!

Brilliant light erupted.

"Pills complete!"

Seven lustrous pills floated in the air, fragrant with divine energy.

Fang Yang captured them in a jade vial.

"Already done?" Gu Yue whispered, feeling the pills' terrifying power.

"Try one," he said, offering her a pill.

She swallowed it without hesitation.

"It's a Beast Transformation Pill—see any changes?"

Seventh-Tier pills let beasts shed their forms, gain human cultivation talent, and keep their longevity. But this? A Fifth-Tier mimic…

Yet—

Gu Yue gasped.

Her beast essence vanished, human form perfected.

Human talent unlocked, longevity retained, dragon form still accessible.

No trace of her Silver Dragon King identity remained—unless she willed it.

"Humans are the pinnacle of creation…" Fang Yang murmured.

Overwhelmed, Gu Yue threw herself into his arms, hair cascading like a waterfall.

"Fang Yang… you're the best…"

"I love you most," he whispered, holding her close.

After a long embrace, she pulled back, eyes bright: "The remaining pills…?"

"For them," he said, gaze sharpening. "If they prove worthy."

Gu Yue nodded, absolute trust in her eyes. "You decide."
