Eliora watched him walk away without another word.
He disappeared into one of the tents he had made, she could already guess it was the one for them because he made two.
She blinked once, then turned her head toward Maelina.
Her lips moved silently. "What do I do?"
Maelina caught it immediately, and started laughing. She didn't even try to hide it.
Eliora frowned.
"This isn't funny," she mouthed again.
Maelina only shrugged, still grinning.
"Go tell him the food is ready," she said aloud, like it was the simplest thing in the world.
Eliora made a face instantly. "Why me?"
Maelina raised a brow. "Because you're the one he listens to."
Eliora groaned softly under her breath.
"Go," Maelina nudged.
Eliora sighed, and adjusted the fur cloak around herself before standing.
The grass crunched softly beneath her feet as she walked toward the tent.
It wasn't too big, but it was spacious enough to hold a mattress comfortably. The entrance flap was open.
She stepped in.
