Lap 5
Jack Levin with his Astro Robin number 14 stood at First place at the Start/Finish line.
In second came Lucy Liberty with her Elegant Liberty, number 31. The third starting point took Dr.Clash with his Crazy Bear, number 29, the Fourth point belongs to EAD with Great Star number 9, the fifth starting point goes to kamui with Queen falcon, number 49, Kuma with King Falcon, number 66 took the sixth start point. Jody summers with withe Cat number 2 took start point number 7 and the last start number 8 took clank Huges with Dragon bird, number 00.
They all started their mashines and the track became loud with their Propulsion nozzles. The start signal giver was Ryu once more. Lucy helped Kuma and kamui out with the controls of their machines. This was not a real race, it was a friendly race. Jody came up with a brilliant idea before the matches started and linked herself in the communication of Kuma, kamui and Lucy.
Jody: "let's make a deal. If I win the match you have to tell us. How did you know our deepest secrets that is top secret. If we lose you can decide what you want to do with your life here."
Kamui lifts her first. Clearly accepting the challenge.
Kamui:" yes let's do that, I will defeat you in an instant with my ultra instinct.
Kuma laughed completely he swifts in his seat.
Kuma:"You definitely shows them how to crash the next sideboard with your racing skills."
Kamui puts and looked away even if no one saw that.
Kamui:"Kuma the ejector, wants his return."
Kuma laughed and felt deeper in his seat.
Kuma:"you won that one...kamui ."
Kamui and Kuma sighed they both said the same thing.
Kuma/Kamui:" hopefully I don't blame myself to much....
Lucy talked to them now giving them a good instruction.
Lucy:"To activate the mashine you need to press the green button on the top left. Then insert the key in the middle. After that take the lever and push it forward."
Kuma did that, his mashine was ready to drive and kamui was also ready to drive.
As Ryu give the signal the driver started their race. Everyone was driving very fast expect kamui she drove like a grandma.
Every one over leaped her.
Only Kuma became slower.
Kuma:"you know you can drive faster right."
Kuma drove away again at top speed. Kamui was extremely cautious and respect after she got over leaped the second time her patient weared thin she started to become bold and gived the top speed a try.
She became quite addicted to the feeling of being fast and tried to catch up, Kuma smiles when he saws her determined will to win.
Kuma:"you finally got the hang of it, nice."
He drove head to head with her.
Lucy drove as always very nice and Courteously. They drove close to each other while the others where in front. Lucy was on the eight place, kamui seventh, Dr.clash was on place six, Kuma came in fifth, EAD was fourth, Jody was on the third, Jack came on second close to clank that was since the second lap in the lead and won the Race.
Kuma stepped out off his King Falcon.
Kuma:"That was amazing driving against you all makes so much fun and fells that I did it my whole life."
The others shakes his hand and said good race after that.
Jody wanted and answer but Ryu stopped them.
That wasn't a real race for him. He said they should made a real competition race at the sand ocean track.
Kuma turned himself to kamui before they droved off.
Kuma:"She really want an answer it's either we win or tell them..... I would rather win for their sake."
Kamui nods thoughtfully and added calm.
Kamui:"that would be the best for them."
They then stepped into their gliders and drove to the next track. They arrive later than the others there which waited and looked at them some skeptical some with welcoming looks.
Jody:"This is the real deal now if I win this I demand and answer."
Kuma/kamui swallowed hard she meant it real this time no backing out now. This is the Jody they both wanted to see. They accepted her challenge and stood prod, With the intuition to win.
Kuma:"I will finished the race before you."
He stood tall showing no remorse to back out.
Kamui however started to get nervous. Her legs started to wiggle.
Kamui:"ye....yes.....we,we will..
Kuma saw her nervousness and calmed her down. Lucy came as well placed a hand on her shoulder. Kamui felt a little better
Kuma:"it's fine I had it the same way just relax and fell the thrill."
Lucy nods Enthusiasm and holds a thumbs up.
Lucy:"always remember we all started somewhere.."
Jack realized a sandstorm is incoming and warned the others.
Jack:"Guys a storm is coming get in your machines!"
They all saw the storm approaching and directly got in their machines.
Except for Ryu he was in the same machine as Jacks. The storm wasn't that hard but they decide to wait until it's over.
Kuma:"that storm is clearly not so strong that it can move my mashine.... Since my body is type B...."
He was talking to himself since no one could hear anything.
Kamui took a short nap in her glider to calm down and be more relaxed before the race starts. She couldn't get a single eye closed her nervousness is defeating her.
Jody is getting impatient because she wants answers. Ryu wanted the same but he wanted to confirm it, by taking them to the bar. After 45 minutes the Strom was gone and the races places himself from the last finished races they positioned. From first that won started the last this time. The one who crossed the finish line last starts at the first place now, which would be Lucy, kamui, dr.clash, Kuma, EAD, Jody, Jack and then clank.
The machines stood at the start/Finishe line waiting for Ryu signal again. Ryu stood there made his hand signal and said go all the mashines drove off.
They all had a good race they didn't really crashed against each other or drove against the Side band the second lap was more interesting there began Kuma taking shortcuts and went from place 6th to the 3rd kamui went from 8th to 6th
Kuma:"wow that makes fun to fly like this even if my gliders had body a, which makes it harder to fly."
Lucy eyes widens and he face became blue as she witness this.
Lucy: Kuma don't drive so reckless! This Glider isn't meant for flying!
Kuma laughed his body was tingling of adrenaline.
Kuma:"I flying with a heavy ship like I'm hahahahahaha oh....now stick the ....landing...somehow."
As he tried to land it it worked but closed to falling down.
Kuma:"wuhuu.....it worked!"
Kamui, Jody, EAD, Dr.clash and Lucy the was behind him now showed in shock and relief.
Kamui: "That's was amazing you flew but I believe you pissed your pants."
Kamui laughed and didn't watched the track. And ramed the side.
Kamui then came on an idea she wanted to drift and take speed just how it worked in the game.
She waited until the last lap and then tried to drift against the sidewall and then slammed against it and overturned over the side wall.
Everyone where shocked as the gliders even catched fire. Everyone drove to the accident. Stoping infront of it as they stepped out.
Kuma rushed over to her glider and opened the wind shield as she climbed out.
Kamui:"didn't expect....that to happened, ouch Cough.... cough...
Jody came also to aid her up. She gaved her a concering look.
Jody:"Did you hurt yourself?"
Kamui smiled at Jody and put a act.
Kamui: ahhh....my arm...hurts... Damn, oh Jody I'm so hurt.
