The first one to snap me from my thoughts is surprisingly General Tullius of the Imperial Guard.
"It is good that there is someone with a good head on their shoulder. I am General Tullius of the Imperial Guard. What is your name, friend?"
I bow a little and say.
"My name is Sigurd Hrikton, General. It is an honor to meet you."
"Please raise your head, my friend. You help a lot of us. The least thing I can do is for you to call me by my name instead of my title."
"Tullius, then. Please call me, Sigurd."
"Very well, Sigurd. What do you want to do from now on?"
I look at the others and say.
"I think I will escort the other to safety. Riverwood is the closest safe zone for them to stay. From there… I don't know. I will let the wind decide."
"I see. How about Solitude? The Imperial needs someone like you, Sigurd."
"Already try to recruit me, Tullius?"
I look at him with an amused expression. He looks at me with a smile and says,
"What can I say? I want a brave man like you to join us. We need all the help we can get to make sure this civil war is over as fast as possible. Especially, when there is a fucking dragon roaming around Skyrim."
"That is fair. However, I think I will stay free for now. Don't worry. I am open to requests. Think of me as an adventurer who accepts missions every now and then."
"Mercenary?"
"No. I prefer taking care of Draugrs, Trolls, and Bandits."
"Ah, that kind of person. Then I am looking forward to hiring you, Sigurd."
He then looks at the others and says.
"For now, we need to make sure to take care of them. May I ask you to accompany some of my men to Riverwood? I need to go to Solitude immediately to inform Lady Elisif. I will take the ones who want to go to Solitude, and send the others who want to go to Riverwood."
"Sure. I don't mind an escort mission."
"Thank you, my friend. Here. Take this."
He gives me a short sword. It is a famous-looking sword. I think it is called a Gladius. It is the sword that Roman soldiers use as a secondary weapon alongside their shields.
"This is a token of my appreciation. Show this to any soldiers in Solitude, and they shall grant you an audience with me. If you need anything, show this to the soldiers and, depending on the favor, I shall grant you that."
I take the weapon and nod my head.
"Thank you. I shall make sure to take care of this weapon."
He nods and turns around. He shouts, drawing the attention of all the others. He then starts to give a speech to calm them down and inform them of his plan. While Tullius gives a speech, I open the system and start rolling.
I have one silver ticket, two gold tickets, and one platinum ticket. Let's start with the silver ticket.
[Stone Bullet]

Conjure rocks and small stones and shoot them like bullets with lethal power; you are basically a living stone gun.
Not bad. It is my first ability, and it turns me into a stone gun. It might not kill humans in this world in a single shot, but it will leave a deep wound. This world is full of mana, and it makes the people in this world more durable and resilient than those back on Earth.
It is not that much, but it enables them to survive an attack that would be considered lethal back on Earth.
Next, let's start with the Gold Tickets.
[Expert Polearm Mastery]

You are an expert at wielding polearms, such as spears, halberds, and scythes. While not quite on the level of heroes like Cu Chulainn, you are ferocious with the spear in your own right. You wield the spear as if it were an extension of your own body.
I hold back a grunt as my body adjusts to the new knowledge and skill imprinted inside my body. I also hold back from screaming in pain as knowledge of movement, stance, and killing moves enters my head, flooding my brain with knowledge.
Luckily, it only lasted for a few seconds. When it is done, I release a relieved breath.
This one changed many things. As a Ninja, I can use ranged weapons such as bow and arrow, sling, and any throwable weapons such as shuriken and kunai. However, with this skill, I am now also someone deadly on a proper battlefield.
I'm eager to try this new skill. With a sigh, I press the roll button once again and use the last Gold Ticket.
[Nature's Embrace]
|Elite Trait|
Well, you can officially call Mother Nature mommy, so that's nice. Nature itself favors you. Trees bend down their branches to offer you fresh and healthy fruits. Animals and nature-aligned beings are more affectionate towards you. You know how to maneuver around a forest, and wild animals will help you. You also recover energy faster the closer you are to nature.
I can feel a warm feeling coursing through my body. It is as if someone is hugging me with such affection. Not only that, I can feel refreshed. All the fatigue I felt from the previous mess quickly disappeared, and now I feel my body ready for another go.
As expected of Skyrim. This place is full of nature. Earth cannot be compared to this place. Nature in this world is still wild, and this trait is a perfect trait for me while I am still in Skyrim or Nirn.
Now, for the Platinum Ticket. I pray to the RNGesus and mentally press the roll button.
[Gae Buidhe]
|Elite Item|
Fate Diarmuid - A legendary spear carried by the hero Diarmuid. This spear is cursed to make the wounds inflicted never close, whether it is by traditional healing or through magic that is below Legendary Level. The curse is also dispelled when the owner dies or the spear is broken. If the spear is broken, a skilled enough blacksmith or crafter may still be capable of mending it back together.
This thing is an Elite Item?! Also, does RNGesus hear my prayer?! All hail RNGesus! He who hears prayer and grants us, mortal, his blessing!
I can feel a spear appear somewhere inside my soul. It looks like the Chaos Gacha is kind enough to give me a pocket dimension to temporarily store all the item-based gains I get from the gacha.
However, if I remove it from the pocket dimension, I cannot store it. What about my previous item? The Bag of Endless Coins? Well, it takes the form of a coin purse tied to my belt. It is already out as I appear in this world, and act as an ordinary-looking pouch.
Anyway, the rolls are great. With this, I know I can survive in this world. Now I know my plan as an adventurer is the right choice. I can take bounty and become some sort of monster hunter in Skyrim.
In this timeline, there are numerous job opportunities available for me. Perhaps I can become one of the Thanes and acquire a land to rule over when I am done being an adventurer.
When I am strong enough, I may be able to get involved in the Main Campaign Missions. That is a big maybe because getting involved with Dragonborn is like inviting a chaotic being into your life.
'May you live in interesting times.'
Those words describe the Dragonborn to the T. Especially when you combine them with the physics created by Todd Howard. It just works, indeed.
"Sigurd."
I snap from my thoughts and look at General Tullius, who is done talking with the civilian. It appears that he divided the surviving troops into three groups.
"Sigurd, can you come with those people?"
He looks at a group of twelve civilians and seven soldiers.
"I want to be hired as an escort. Here is the payment." He gave me a small pouch full of coins. "Your job is to support the soldiers to reach Riverwood. We know there are a lot of bandits in the area between Helgen and Riverwood because it is a trade route between Whiterun and Falkreath. We even encounter one when we prepare to capture Ulfric. The soldiers can handle them, but there is nothing wrong with reinforcement."
"And that reinforcement is me."
"Aye. You prove yourself to be dependable, and according to the words from the others, you are also an honorable person. Escort them, Sigurd Hrikton, and prove to me that you are truly a dependable person."
"Leave them to me."
He nods in satisfaction and shouts.
"Captain Hodlar! Take your men to search for survivors in Helgen, and make sure to stay low. Captain Tredes, take these people to Riverword. The rest of you! We will depart for Solitude! Move out!"
And with that, I start my adventure in Skyrim.
