The Lyra team walked deeper into the jungle.
Hiyori looked at Lyra and asked, "How much time do we need to reach the destination?"
Lyra replied calmly, "Maybe one more day."
Daiki groaned. "No… I'm tired."
"We will walk farther," Lyra said. "When I find the best place to stay for the night, I'll tell you. We will rest there for one night."
Daiki asked, "Where?"
"When I feel it," Lyra answered. "Now walk quietly."
They continued walking. Time passed, and soon evening arrived.
Scene Shift – Zero
A giant black-colored robot, Zero, stood chained from all sides.
A young boy with sharp, cold eyes stood in front of him. The camera moved closer, showing his eyes as he said:
"I'm waiting for you. The best era starts now… hahahahaha!"
A soldier rushed in. "Sir, they are close to us."
The boy smirked. "Prepare for war."
Scene Shift – Elsia and Usami
Elsiya and Usami were locked inside the same prison cell, still unconscious.
Elsiya woke up first. She looked around — her eyes widened when she realized her hands, feet, and even her neck were chained to the wall. The prison was medium-sized, cold, and dim.
In front of her, Usami was tied the same way.
She whispered softly, "Hey… you, wake up. What was his name… what did Raihtasu call him…? Usa…mi."
She spoke louder, "Usami! Wake up, please!"
She tried to pull her chains, forcing her body forward, but they didn't move. She growled in frustration.
"Usami! Wake up! Wake up, you bastard!"
Usami finally opened his eyes. "Huh—? Why am I tied? Where am I?"
He immediately jerked forward. Elsiya shouted, "Stop! It won't work, you'll only hurt yourself!"
Usami looked at her. "Oh… I didn't notice you. By the way, who are you?"
Elsiya glared. "We met on land."
Usami thought for a moment. "Oh yeah, now I remember. You kicked Daiki, you—"
Elsiya cut him off. "Shut up. We need to get out. What can we do? This is irritating!"
Usami sighed. "Fine. I'll just use my strength."
He pulled hard. The chains cracked. He roared and pulled again, finally breaking one chain. Then he punched the other restraints until they snapped.
"I finally broke it!" he yelled triumphantly.
He smashed the prison door and stepped out.
Elsiya shouted, "What about me!? Free me!"
Usami looked back. "You're my rival. I don't help rivals."
Elsiya's voice softened. "No… please."
She looked at him with innocent eyes, tears forming.
Usami groaned. "Okay, okay."
He broke her chains too.
Elsiya stood up. "You could say thank you," Usami teased.
"Get lost," she snapped.
"What did you say?" Usami growled.
Elsiya ignored him. "Now tell me, are you teaming up with me or going alone?"
"Of course I'm going alone."
"Fine," Elsiya said. "Hide somewhere, someone might come."
They both exited the prison and walked down the straight path.
Usami spotted another route. "There's a path here. Let's go."
They walked until the path split into two.
"This is where we separate," Usami said.
"Do as you want," Elsiya replied.
They took different paths.
Scene Shift – Lyra's Team
The group had stopped to rest.
Daiki asked, "Are you sure this is a good place to stay for the night?"
Lyra responded, "We won't stay the whole night. Just one or two hours. Only to rest."
Daiki nodded. "Okay."
Lyra continued, "We will reach the destination in three or four hours."
Hiyori frowned. "Then why are we resting? Let's move without wasting time."
Lyra explained, "The fight ahead will be long. If we don't rest, we'll get exhausted quickly and lose focus."
Yuki spoke to the leader, "Why are you all standing? You also need rest. We are ordered to protect you."
Yuki replied firmly, "I can protect myself. All of you sit. You'll get tired too."
They obeyed.
Hiyori asked the soldier, "By the way, what's your name?"
"Yotara," he answered.
Lyra stood and spoke, "Listen. When we reach our destination, we will split into teams. Daiki and Hiyori will go to the right side. Raihtasu and Yuki will handle the left side. Yotara, you will head straight to the castle with your soldiers. I will go to Zero's lab. He must be there."
Yotara hesitated. "I'm ordered to protect Yuki."
Yuki snapped, "Do as she says. She is also your commander."
"But we're assigned to keep you safe—" Yotara tried to argue.
"Shut up," Yuki said. "Follow her orders."
Yotara sighed. "Okay, ma'am."
Yuki muttered, "If Douma hears, he will shout at us…"
Lyra interrupted, "Enough. Now listen carefully. On the right side—where you and Daiki go, Hiyori—there are many slaves. You must protect them. You may face the twin brothers."
Daiki asked, "Who are the twin brothers?"
Lyra's eyes darkened. "They are very strong. They never separate. You must force them apart. But it won't be easy."
Lyra turned to the others.
"And the left side… Yuki and Raihtasu… you will go to the library. You must find—"
The scene faded with the sunset, and the mission objective remained unknown.
