Chapter 3 - Chapter3 — The Beginning of a New Journey

Shubhu touched his transformed face. He was shocked—this face was his, yet completely new.He immediately asked the spirits,"How… how can you change forms like this?"

The spirits replied in a calm voice—"When we awakened in this world, we had no identity, no existence, and no name.We were nothing but a 'blank sheet'…on which anything could be written.

After coming in contact with you, we gained form, identity, and a name. And now, because we are bound to you by a contract,we too have become capable of changing our forms. You are our god and king, and we are your people."

One of the spirits, the one who had come to Shubhu first, had now completely changed her form. She had fully taken on a human form.On her body, a pair of six wings was shining.

She said,"God, can you give me a name as well?"

Shubhu remained silent for some time, and then said—"This world is new, and you are the first race of this world. And the divine presence I feel from youis different from everyone else. From today onward, your name shall be Michael."

Another echo resounded through the air,and behind Michael, many more spirits changed their forms. Then all of them accepted Michael as their leaderand became part of the Divine Holy Angel Clan.

Many other spirits, who had not yet changed their forms, were moving around Shubhu. One of them touched Shubhu's mind, and then a green light spread in all directions.

Then a green-haired spirit spoke—"God, I want to make this world like your memories. That lush green world where birds chirpand rabbits leap. Please give me a name as well."

Shubhu thought for a while, and then said—"Jahnavi (the holy river Ganga)."

Jahnavi said—"From today, my clan shall be known as the Divine Druid."

Then many more spirits behind her began to take forms. Many chose the form of birds, some chose different kinds of creatures.

But one thing was common among all of them—in their human form, they all looked just like Jahnavi.

Then a green light burst out from Jahnavi, and the forest that was once barren and drybecame lush and green, filled with the chirping of birds.

Following Michael and Jahnavi, many more spirits came before Shubhu.

Shubhu namedthe Sun Spirit as "Ravi,"the Moon Spirit as "Som,"the Star Spirit as "Nakshatra,"the Rain God as "Indra,"and the Wind Spirit as "Pavan."

The entire world around him filled with light. In a single moment, the whole world was surrounded by light.

The establishment of laws in the world began. The sun and the moon started taking shape.Stars began to sparkle in the sky.

For the first time,Shubhu sawthe sun, the moon, and the starsshining together at the same time.

The world had completely changed.Even the ruins began to transform, and now a massive golden palace stood there.

Eight minarets were built around the palace, each minaret representing a clan.

Above the palace, a huge rainbow shone, enhancing its beauty even more.

Shubhu remained stunned for some time. Then all the spirits knelt before him.

Shubhu could not understandwhat exactly was happening. He could not even speak.

In just a few moments, the world that was once filled with silencenow looked like a heaven—where there was only happiness everywhere.

In the midst of it stood Michael, and he gestured for Shubhu to walk toward the palace.

Shubhu began walking forward. And wherever he placed his steps, spirits began taking forms there—some like humans, some extremely strange, some half human and half animal.

When Shubhu reached the palace gates,he was stunned.

The twenty-foot-tall doorswere shining with a golden hue.As Shubhu arrived, they opened with a loud roar.

In front stood a massive fountainwith eight mouths. The flowing water combinedto form a beautiful rainbow.

All around, roses and jasmine flowerswere spreading their fragrance.

Inside the palace was a vast royal court, where eight thrones were placedaround the ninth and largest throne.

On the walls, Shubhu was depicted, along with scenes of transforming a barren world into a thriving one.

Different kinds of gemstones adorned the ceiling. On the pillars supporting the ceilingwere engraved dragons, griffins, the sun, the moon, angels, and stars.

Shubhu was unable to describethe beauty of the palace in words.

So much was going on inside his mind, yet he was unable to comprehend it.

The barren worldhad now become a new world.

The world that once echoed with silencewas now filled with the movement of life.

This vast, radiant worldwas now the "Spirit Realm,"where everythingbelonged to him—king, god,or perhaps even beyond that.

Michael gently stepped forward and said—"From now on, this place… this world…shall be called your Spirit Realm.I know there are many questions in your mind, but you will understand everything gradually on your own.

Here, you can use all the powersthat we possess."

Shubhu asked,"What powers?"

Michael smiled—"As I said, you can use the powers of all elementsthat exist in this world. But mastering them completelydepends entirely on you. With time, you will grow stronger, and so will we."

Shubhu looked around and asked—"And this place?Everything that just happened…Will no one outside know about it?"

Michael said seriously—"No.This realm was createdwhen two planets merged into one another. It is a placeonly you can enter. The outside world will remain unaware of it."

Shubhu spenta few more days in this world—learning to controlhis new identity, new face, and new powers.

He understood this entire world. And finally, he stepped outside.

A new identity…A new form…A new journey awaited him.

And the worldhe named the Spirit Realmnow existed within him, inside the universe created by him.

He was no longer just a scientist—but a warrior, ready to adapt to this new worldand discover his purpose.

After many days of travel—he saw a small village in the distance. He hoped he would find some answers there.

At the village entrance stood a guard—short in height, but his eyes were filled with suspicion and determination.Though his body looked ordinary, the way he held his spear was not.

"Stop!"he said in a strict tone."Who are you? And which god's successor are you?"

Shubhu paused. He had to maintain his new identity—his past could become a danger here.

After thinking for a moment, he replied,"I… am the successor of the God of Dust(I have only mastered control over the earth element so far),the heir of a forgotten god."

The guard did not look fully convinced."Place your hand on the Truth Stone. It will reveal whether you are connected to evil or not."

Shubhu called upon the spirits inside him. They instantly came forward to help.

He placed his hand—and the stone glowed.

Test passed.

The guard sighed in relief."Good… you are not corrupted.Be careful… someone is hunting the successors of gods. For weak successors like us, this era is very dangerous."

Then he asked,"What is your name?"

Shubhu immediately said—"Shiva."

"Remember this, Shiva…this world is not the same anymore,"the guard warned him.

Shubhu moved forward—toward the Adventurer Guild.

He needed information, supplies, and resources.

When he reached the guild gates,he encountered a powerful warrior—Satya.

Satya looked at him and immediately sensed something—"You're from Earth, aren't you?"

Shubhu nodded.

Satya said proudly—"I am the successor of the God of Destruction—Lord Shiva."

His aura clearly showedthat he belonged to a high-tier deity.

Satya explained the guild procedure—"Your first task is an F-rank dungeon. You must retrieve the Blood Crystal from there.Once you do that, your journey will get easier."

Shubhu felt the spirits inside him.He was ready.

As he reached near the dungeon,he sensed the atmosphere—dense, dark, mysterious.

Three people were already there—

Ansh – successor of the God of PondsKavi – successor of the God of KnivesTara – successor of the Goddess of Fire

Ansh asked,"Did you come alone?"

"Yes," Shubhu replied.

Ansh warned him—"Don't go inside alone. It will be difficult to return alive.Come with us.You also seem like a low-tier successor."

After thinking for a moment, Shubhu said—"Alright. I'll go with you."

Ansh smiled—"And we have also called a mid-tier successor. There he is."

A confident-looking boy approached them.

Karan.

Ansh bowed slightly—"Thank you for coming, Karan sir."

Shubhu looked at Karan—He looked ordinary…but a deep and dangerous power was hidden within him.

Karan smiled—"Come on then, let's clear this dungeon together."

The spirits inside Shubhu awakened again—filled with excitement, energy, and courage.

This wasn't just a dungeon—This was the true beginning of his journey.

A journey where—friendship, courage, and sacrificewould shape his future.
