When they reached that newly discovered floor, they found a maze-type floor. Ansh said, "Friends, this is a maze-type floor. Everyone stay together, otherwise the risk of getting lost here is very high."
Then Kavi said, "On this new floor there should be at least 20 sub-boss rooms, and a boss room in the center. And whenever anyone defeats a sub-boss room or the boss room monster, that person and their team will be directly teleported outside."
Then everyone checked their equipment and entered the dungeon.
At first, they saw zombies and skeleton monsters. In the beginning, they appeared in groups of 1, 2, or 4, which they defeated very easily. But as they went deeper, they encountered groups of skeletons and zombies that included 50 zombie warriors, 20 skeleton mages, and around 30 skeleton assassins, along with a lich who was leading them all.
Just as Kavi had explained earlier about what kind of monsters they would face and how to fight them, Kavi said, "Formation 3." Then Kavi and Ansh moved to the front. Ansh used 90% of his power and froze all the monsters with his full strength, turning the water into ice and freezing them completely. Then Kavi shattered them into pieces with a rain of knives. He did not give any monster even a chance to counterattack. Kavi patted Ansh on the back and then gave him a mana potion.
Siya and Shiva both collected the bloodstones and the armor and equipment that dropped from the monsters and moved forward.
Ahead, they encountered dark fog, where some soul-shaking laughter echoed along with a very sweet voice that could intoxicate anyone who heard it. But Shiva used light magic, and the dark fog that had covered the entire floor disappeared. Where a jungle had appeared before, they once again found themselves inside the dungeon. Kavi said, "This is all the work of ghosts."
After moving a bit further, they were suddenly attacked by ghouls. This time Siya created a firewall and sent it straight at them, and all the monsters burned and were finished. They collected the loot and moved forward.
Fighting some small monsters along the way, they kept moving ahead. All of them were quite tired, and then they saw a palace-like structure. Kavi said, "Something feels wrong about this floor. It is very different from normal dungeon floors. On most floors, after 2 or 3 waves, you reach the boss room. But we have already fought 20 waves and still haven't reached near the boss room. And now we are trapped, because this is a maze-type floor, so the paths here change after some time. And the palace we see in front of us is a vampire castle. There will definitely be a vampire noble inside. Before going in, everyone drink your mana potions and come to your full power."
Shiva said, "Kavi, this time let me fight."
Kavi replied, "Shiva, you are the strongest among all of us, and as far as I believe, this boss monster is going to be very powerful. So save your energy and trust us."
Then everyone entered the palace. At the gate, they saw two statues of large bat-like creatures, as big as normal humans. Inside, they encountered some bat monsters that were as big as humans. Ansh fired icicle spears, and Kavi attacked with his knives. Then Siya used a fire net that she had bought just yesterday using a guild coupon. After that, Kavi broke the nearby stone pillars that had already been damaged by Ansh's icicle spears.
Fighting a few more monsters, they reached a huge hall.
There, they saw a vampire monster sitting on a red chair. He said, "Oh wow, look who has arrived. God heirs have come."
From behind, Siya threw a fireball, which hit the monster, and the vampire was finished. Siya said, "That's it?"
To this, Kavi said, "Be careful, that was only a clone."
The vampire said, "Amazing, impressive. It seems you are the leader of this group."
Then many small bats flew in and turned into a new vampire. Siya was about to attack again, but the vampire said, "Calm down, dear. I haven't come to fight. I am just a messenger of the one who will give you a chance to become stronger—the Great Majesty Dark King."
Ansh stepped in front of Siya and said, "What if we refuse?"
To this, he replied, "Then you will understand what happens next. Come on, I'll give you a chance."
As he said this, a door opened behind his chair. He said, "Here is the boss monster's room. And call me when you need me." Then he turned back into bats, and his laughter lingered behind.
Everyone entered the boss room.
Right in the center of the chamber stood a gigantic stone creature, from whose body deep black energy was pulsing. It looked extremely ancient—as if it were a remnant of the chaos that spread after the merging of Earth and Satal. Suddenly, the spirits around Shiva became extremely restless. They began whispering in his mind, warning him to be careful.
Shiva stopped. "Stop," he said, raising his hand to halt everyone. "Something is different here."
Everyone immediately looked around and readied their weapons.
"How is it different?" Siya asked. The divine fire power in her hands glowed faintly.
Shiva closed his eyes and began listening to the voices of the spirits. Their whispers grew louder—the warning of danger becoming even clearer.
