Your politician could be an alpha, your surgeon and doctors, ceo's; all the important positions in society are held by alphas. They are clear-headed, natural leaders and protectors.
They hold an important character in the whole of the community.

Betas are neutral. They are a vital part of society, mostly holding the position of mediators. They are judges and policemen, and they are trustworthy because of their level-headedness.
When there is strength and weakness, opposing each other, betas bring neutrality, and sense is seen. Betas are very important and appreciated.
