Tinkling laughter resounds in the clearing of the forest, the waterfall offering its calming ambience, surrounding the two wolves, its balming essence adding to the happiness they exude.
"Don't! put me down, put me down!" Day is giggling, even as Travis lifts him, carrying him bridal style as he starts spinning in circles, both of them laughing and getting dizzy fast. "We are going to fall!"
"I won't let you fall!"
"But we will!" Day shouts, voice tinged with laughter as he wraps his arms around Travis' neck tightly. "Don't let me go, Travis!"
"I will never let you go," Travis smiles down at him, and they get lost in each other's eyes, but then, his legs start to sway, the dizziness crashing onto him as soon as he stops moving, and down they fall on the grassy floor of the forest.
They fall in a heap, day on top of Travis, Travis cushioning him.
Their laughter is echoing in the forest as their limbs tangle.
"I told you you would let us fall!"
