Later that same day kōga and his family sat in their home. Their home was a large Japanese style palace, with crimson tiles for a roof. The family of 4 sat at a large rectangular table, with a plethora of food spread across the table.
The quartet ate in silence, their chop sticks snatching up meat and vegetables with an uncanny grace.

A dozen or so minutes later the quartet sat, the table cleared of any signs of food.
Kōga wiped his mouth with a tissue. "I've created a new sealing method, based on the clans Adamantine sealing chains and the 4 symbol sealing method!" Stated kōga clearly, his tone carrying a not of pride in its depth.
Ashina and jun blinked once, then twice, while kiyko just gave kōga a smile.
"What is it called, and what's exactly are its functions?" Asked jun. Unlike his father he was not as interested in fuinjutsu development. He was more learn the ones others create and master that type of person.
Kōga went on to explain the theory behind the new sealing method he'd made, using the both principles of the kongō-fusa and shishō-fuin.
Jun and ashina nodded in pride and awe at the explanation kōga gave of the new sealing method. A sealing method like this could change just how the clan sealed things. Especially living creatures.
"We'll have it studied and ranked based on it's strengths. According to the rank given you'll be rewarded with the corresponding merits!" Explained jun. Happy with his son's achievement in the art of sealing.
This was nothing new to kōga are anyone else of the clan, the clan welcomed new and impressive fuinjutsu, so giving a reward in turn was a small matter.

Kiyko left first after a while, having other things to do. Now only kōga, his father and grandfather were left at the table.
Kōga cleared his throat before speaking. "There are some things I wish to implement in the village!" He said his face turning serious.
Jun and ashina sat up instantly. Topics about the villages future, were in fact, something taken extremely seriously.
"There are somethings that need to be established and other things that needs to change." Started kōga his voice laden with weight.
Jun and ashina exchanged a curious look before refocusing on kōga.
"1. We need to establish certain organizations in the village, such as our very own anbu core, a dedicated medical core, a dedicated sealing core and an academy system for centralized training of village shinobi!"
"2. We need to expand the population of the country/village!" "Our clan has a decent number of members thanks to our longer lives and higher sexual drive thanks to our robust physique, but only a small percentage of the clans population are registered shinobi of the village!"
"Many might not want to believe it, but we can't protect the land of whirlpool by our lonesome, and i know you 2 know this."
"3. We need more allies, with more allies comes better economic growth and protection!" Finished kōga.
Jun for his part after mulling over things in his head began speaking slowly, his voice laden with intrigue. "So tell me kōga, how would you go about implementing these changes?" He asked. He was happy that kōga as the clans/countries heir took his role seriously.
Kōga began tapping his thumbs on the table his face taking on a contemplative look.
"First and foremost, we should set up the anbu core. The faster we can set up our own black ops, the faster we could in fact, route out spies and bandits that have somehow made it onto the island without dying." He paused to take a breath before continuing.
"The anbu could also be used for watching and routing out spies slipped into the population that migrate from outside our lands."
At this explanation both elder Uzumaki nodded, kōga's plans for setting up an anbu core were solid. Not only that but missions the village would not or could not take in the open could be handled by the anbu black ops.
