Strictly speaking, the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception are not a Dojutsu, but rather a type of eye, similar to the Sharingan.
People with these eyes can perceive 'lines of death' resembling cracks on the surface of most objects. If cut along these lines, it causes undefendable and incurable damage to the object.
Insight can see defensive vulnerabilities, and attacking them can cause massive damage.
In a sense, the principles of both are quite similar.
Of course, Insight definitely cannot compare to the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception, as the damage caused by attacking along the lines of death seen by the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception is undefendable and incurable.
In terms of setting, the two abilities are completely not on the same level.

"Yes! En, how did you know?"
Uchiha En pointed to his eyes and said, "Guy, there's severe strain in your right shoulder joint. I suggest you rest well for a few days and take care of it, otherwise, your right arm might have bigger problems later."
"Eh! Is it that serious?"
"In short, don't do any strenuous exercise with your right arm for a while."
With that, Uchiha En turned and left.
Uchiha En returned to his tent, pondering the scene of experimenting with the Dojutsu in the forest earlier.
According to the results of the experiment, the greatest feature of the Insight Dojutsu was its ability to instantly find the weak points of all objects, including humans.
Insight finds the weak point, Teleportation instantly rushes in to attack the weak point. With these two techniques, Uchiha En could very likely achieve instant kills on enemies, similar to Minato Namikaze.

Unfortunately, Minato Namikaze had already invented the Rasengan by now, so there was no way to copy it, which was quite awkward.
