The Archon of Zenith at the time, Archon Xaiden -
"Oh! There you are, Xaiden!" Eliana smirked, then continued without waiting for a response.
Archon Xaiden Caelus XXXVII, the 37th global ruler of Zenith, emerged as a clear leader of this new cross-planet empire, and this was soon formalized as a council was formed and he was placed in the highest chair to continue to ensure peace and harmony from globe to globe. (Please note, the very same Archon may also be referenced in historic records as Archon Xaiden Caelus I, since the formation of the multi-planet empire and its council effectively created a new role and expanded duties.) His reign is renowned as peaceful and prosperous. During this time everyone shared their resources, technology, and cultures freely, and many families were formed with portals as gateways to extend communities across old borders.
Introducing the other planets
The planet to the right of Zenith was named Blossom, excelling in organic matter, they advanced Zenith's horticulture capacity and introduced beneficial plants, cultures, and creatures to their environment. This allowed Zenith to grow its population exponentially without running out of land or resources. With more nutrients in their diet, many common illnesses also ceased to circulate in the population as a happy side effect.
Next to Blossom was a planet called Meridian.
"Hey, that's the one mentioned in that log we found!" Jax interrupted excitedly.
Eliana shot him a glare with a finger to her lips and continued primly, "As I said," then with emphasis on the repeated sentence, "Next to Blossom was a planet called Meridian."
Meridian provided advanced fabrics capable of providing protection from the radiation from the sun, not clothes mind you, no, much much bigger than that. A blanket to cover the planet's atmosphere to block the harmful rays while amplifying the light and healing rays. This didn't mean they didn't care about fashion, they were always setting the trends for style.
Next to Meridian and to the left of Zenith, was the final planet, Verdure. Verdure was uniquely interested in the unseen in life, seeking out the core of the planet, tunnels, mines, and the abstract. This resulted in a unique blend of advanced science grounded with manufacturing and heavy metals. They participated equally or even surpassed Zenith's researchers in the inter-planetary portal development.
Conclusion
Each of the four planets had flourishing societies that traded, traveled, and freely mingled between their neighboring planets. The Archon of Zenith was handed not only the duties of managing his or her home planet well but also the added weight of continuing the prosperous and peaceful connections with their neighboring planets. This went well for many millennia, until the reign of Archon Archer Caelus XLI, the 41th ruler of the multi planet empire.
Chapter 2
"Should I keep reading or do you guys want to pause here and talk about it first?" Eliana asked. Jax handed her a water bottle and she took a sip, nodding her thanks.
"We can take a break," Xaiden agreed, then with a heavy sigh, he continued on, "Guys, to be honest, I'm really disappointed right now."
