Max parked the car in his designated spot in his apartment building. It wasn't being used right now. Even though it was fully paid for, he hadn't bought a vehicle to fill it yet. And he was certain Jennifer didn't want to go back to her apartment tonight.
" Your niece will be fine, if you stay with me, right? "
Max stepped out first and opened the car door for her. Then he gently held her hand and helped her out. Hearing him ask about her niece, Jennifer smiled. Not many young men would show this much care, especially with a drunk woman beside him.
