Chapter 5 - Small Encounter!(I)

"What are you just standing there for help your brother move his luggage." Mo Qingcheng saw that her two daughters were standing in place dazed and hurriedly ordered them.

It was clearly not being dazed, they missed their elder brother and more importantly, he looked handsome in the black suit he had on.

His second sister rushed over and pulled the suitcase towards the car, while the younger sister kept staring at him with adorable eyes.

"Little Haoli did you miss brother!" He looked at the little girl dressed in an ancient Japanese yellow dress.

He picked her up and she started to giggle, clearly happy about being carried.

"Elder brother! What gift have you brought me?" She didn't mix words with him and went directly on point.

"Hehe! I knew it. How could you miss me? Clearly you just want a gift from me right?" Li Xuan said with a slight smile.

"Elder brother is smart!" Li Haoli didn't even shy away from saying this.

But based on the smile of Li Xuan's face and helpless expression of Mo Qingcheng, this wasn't the first time and they were used to it.

"You are a big girl now! Can't you walk by yourself? Hey must you add a burden on your brother?" Mo Qingcheng complained.

She clearly had bad intentions herself and felt like Li Haoli was disrupting her plans.

It was just this didn't escape Li Xuan's sharp eyes.

He was very sure that his mother Mo Qingcheng was clearly going to talk about marriage to him.

This was considered strange as he was just a young man that had just started working.

But based on the their family situation, it was indeed normal for her to think so. After all they were well off.

When his second sister Li Hongyi finally put his luggage in the boot, she rushed back.

Li Xuan threw her a glance and she seemed to understand.

"Mom! Let's go home first! Brother has been travelling all day, he should rest." Li Hongyi indeed was a life saver.

The moment their mom heard this she smiled and nodded before taking the driver seat.

Li Xuan put his younger sister in the back seat while his second sister sat at the front.

At the moment his younger sister Li Haoli was holding onto a small wooden figurine that Li Xuan had given her.

Upon closer inspection it indeed resembled her somewhat.

He closed his eyes and rested, but it wasn't before long that he heard his mom say, "So! Son! How is your job going?"

He opened his tired eyes and replied while staring at the front seat, "It's okay! But I'll be sitting home for some time now!"

"Oh! How long?" She seemed interested.

"About half a year!" He didn't say the whole truth.

He had no plans of going back to work, after all this half a year was going to be world changing. He would not mention this though as it would make him appear crazy.

"So about your work! Did you find someone you like there?" When he heard this, Li Xuan had that I knew it expression on his face.

"Mom! I'm only in my early twenties!" He complained as he closed his eyes.

"Yes! You are now an adult. How about after resting today, go for a date tomorrow. My friends daughter is very nice. I'll have her introduce you two." The moment she said this, all eyes turned to him.

He was however not shocked by this.

"Okay!" He clearly wanted to rest and refusing this woman was clearly impossible.

He just realized his sisters showed a disappointed expression.

They had expected to see him refusing and the situation escalating somewhat but it turned out boring.

His shook his head after seeing through their little thoughts.

He closed his eyes and rested, he was indeed not recovered from the spiritual exhaustion.

He knew that only after he was recovered could he even be able to check the inheritance he had obtained properly.

Even though he couldn't practice the Chaos Beast God Dao without a vast energy source, he could strengthen his body through other means.

This was what he had planed to do in the next period of time, and he did want to organize something for his family too.

He didn't just came back earlier for nothing. His goal was clearly to prevent his family from meeting the same ending in the future.

Since the source of their disaster was the steller energy storm, he would make it something benefitial to them.

For himself, he had already decided the way forward in the next period of time as he waited for the world to change.

Back in his previous life, he was able to obtain some broken inheritance that was useful for tempering the body at the mortal stage before starting cultivation.

Even though it wasn't useful to him at the time, he still spend his time studying it. It was the destiny sword technique.

The technique was useful for tempering the body and spirit of a mortal body. The latter chapters were missing but he practiced it in his previous life and even managed to grasp the destiny intent.

It was just that this was useless and failed to make up for his weak foundation as he had already reached a higher level.

Things were different now. He was definitely going to use this wisely and transform himself even though he had obtained a strong legacy.

He wanted his physical talent to be enhanced even further and this would prove very helpful for him.

As long as he managed to practice the Destiny sword technique to perfection, his physique was bound to become several times stronger than an average person.

With such a boost, he would even gain greater advantage when he brokethrough to the First class martial arts realm.

Right! Martial arts had nine classes and in his previous life he had barely reached the fourth class, even died when he attempted to enter the fifth class.

The strongest suppressing an era had already reached the ninth class at this time though seeking a higher level.

How could he be willing to let his past life mistakes repeat themselves.

He was going for a stronger foundation and also striving to also supress an era.
