Chapter 134: Battlesuit Completed

"Spider Squad?" Klein asked, confused.

Peter then recounted everything that had happened over the past few days to Klein, emphasizing his process for dealing with the criminals.

"Alright, alright, Peter. If you keep talking, I think it'll be morning," Silas quickly interrupted. If he let Peter continue, Klein would never get a word in.

Peter immediately covered his mouth and looked apologetically at Silas, as if to say, My bad, carry on.

"So, Teacher, how can I help you?" Silas summoned a Shadowkhan ninja to bring a stool and juice. Listening to stories naturally required refreshments.

"Thank you~" Klein sat on the stool and immediately drank the juice.

Peter sat beside them obediently, looking at Silas and Klein with restless hands and feet, wondering if he had missed something just now.

Klein was silent for a moment, then slowly said, "Someone found out about me and captured my mother, threatening me to work for them."

"Oh no~ Who are they?" Peter immediately asked.

Klein glanced at Peter. "I don't know. They never told me who they were. They've only contacted me through email."

"Wait, Teacher Klein, who did you say you went to see earlier?" This was clearly not the answer Silas wanted. What he most wanted to know was who Klein had actually met.

Klein looked up and said, "An old friend. He also has an outstanding reputation in the field of biology. I went to him to have him examine my body and see if he could help me turn back." Although this power was quite good, and he could live like a normal person during the day, it was ultimately not what he wanted.

Because of this, he had to tactfully decline his girlfriend's nightly dates, which eventually led to her breaking up with him. His friends also gradually distanced themselves because he always had to refuse when they invited him to hang out at night, making him seem increasingly unsociable.

"Who is that person?" Silas asked curiously.

Klein opened his mouth and slowly said, "Bruce Banner."

"Dr. Banner?!" Silas and Peter exclaimed in unison.

Silas never expected that Klein would be friends with Dr. Banner. He found it somewhat incredible. First, his classmate Professor Connors, and now his friend Dr. Banner, the Hulk. Silas wanted to know what other impressive friends Klein had. Peter was shocked that his teacher knew the Hulk. He honestly thought he got along pretty well with the Hulk. Peter mistakenly believed Dr. Banner was the Hulk himself, which is why he thought their relationship was good. If it really were the Hulk, he would definitely not tolerate Peter's constant chatter and would have punched him.

"What? Are you guys surprised?" Klein hadn't expected his two students to be so excited.

"It's nothing, Teacher. What happened next?" Silas continued to ask.

"Bruce said that the genes in my body are very strange and have undergone five mutations. As for why I turn back into a human every morning, he wasn't very clear on that either."

"Finally, Bruce asked me to leave a vial of my blood behind, and he would inform me once his research yielded results." Klein didn't hide anything about this.

"So that's what happened." Silas rested his head on his arms. He was now thinking about who had kidnapped Klein's mother to threaten him.

"I thought Dr. Banner might have figured something out," Peter said.

Silas asked, "Did those people tell you to do anything, Teacher?"

"No, they just told me to wait for orders. If I don't listen, my mother will lose her... life." As Klein spoke, his large mandibles clamped tightly together, making a clicking sound.

"Teacher, doesn't that thing hurt?" Peter asked, ruining the mood.

Klein's face immediately darkened. "No, it doesn't."

"Mmm." Peter actually just wanted Klein to relax.

"So what are you going to do now, Teacher?" Silas asked this crucial question. If those people ordered Klein to do something bad, would he comply?

Klein closed his eyes and shook his head. "I don't know either. That's why I came to you two. Right now..."

"Don't worry, Teacher. Silas and I will handle this. We'll find the culprit!" Peter said confidently, slamming his hand on the table. He was absolutely going to help Teacher Klein with this.

"Right, Silas!" Peter looked at Silas.

Silas smiled and nodded. "Yes."

"Please. If I have to do anything bad, I will inform you immediately, and you can stop me," Klein pleaded.

Klein then stood up, preparing to leave.

Creak!

"Silas, what's going on?" Ben Parker suddenly pushed the door open and saw Klein, who was transformed into a giant insect.

"Get behind me, kids!" Ben Parker's first instinct was to rush over to Silas and Peter, pull them behind him, grab a pair of scissors from the table, and declare, "You monster, don't you dare hurt the children! Let me tell you, I was a monster-fighting expert when I was a kid."

Klein jumped out the window and ran away without a word.

"Are you two okay?" Ben Parker was disappointed that the monster ran off, but his main concern was the children's safety.

"We're fine, Uncle Ben," Silas replied.

The two of them had been careless. They were so focused on talking that they didn't notice Ben Parker's footsteps.

"You two go to my room," Ben Parker said. For the children's safety, he temporarily insisted that the two Parker brothers sleep in his room.

Peter quickly shook his head. "No, Uncle Ben, we can..."

"No. To be safe, look, that monster ran off because he was scared of me, the monster-fighting expert." Ben Parker mistakenly believed Klein was scared of his title.

"..." Silas.

"..." Peter.

The Shadow Realm

Little Black stretched his neck, looked at the palm-sized black sensor in his left hand, and tossed it up lightly. He turned around and held out his right hand. The sensor landed on Little Black's right wrist. The sides of the sensor immediately opened up, attaching to his forearm and transforming into a digital watch. The watch screen was smooth glass, and the time digits lit up, displaying the time.

"Hmph~" Little Black spread his arms, raised his head slightly, and whispered, "Transform."

Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!

The black armor pieces placed on the table quickly flew up and assembled onto Little Black's body. Sharp black armor protected Little Black's arms. The shoulders had outward-curving fangs, and the abdomen displayed eight raised abdominal plates, showcasing its strength. The back of his head was protected by a thick armor plate, the hardest piece of the entire suit. The face was not covered by a mask. This suit was prepared for Silas and did not include a mask because Silas already had his own mask to cover his face, so Little Black did not include one.

Finally! After enduring sixty-four deaths on Big Black, the battlesuit was finally complete! Little Black had even completely refurbished the suit's materials, courtesy of a friendly sponsorship from our rich billionaire, Tony Stark.
