…. Uhh, where the heck am I. I found myself lying on a bed in a room I did not recognise. As I tried to get up, Lu-min came in and told me that I still needed some rest. I asked him what happened and he told me that I absorbed too much of the blue blossom jade's qi. So I didn't die, I thought I wouldn't make it out of there alive. As I was still chatting with Lu-min, a woman my age came into the room and she looked familiar.
"Has he taken his drugs?" She asked Lu-min and Lu-min answered her no. Wait, were they talking about me. I told them that I didn't need drugs and all I needed was to cultivate. She didn't even seem to be listening to me, she held my jaw and forced a pill down my throat. I asked her who the hell she thinks she is to do that to me and she said she already told me that. I sat confused until Lu-min told me that she was my twin sister. What, I have a little sister?: "No, you have an older sister" she said…. Wait, what the hell is even going on. How the hell do I have a twin sister.
I asked her what her name was and she said she was Lu-hanli, then I told her that was a stupid name. She then asked me what my name was and I told her that I am Lu-hanzhou, then she said my name was even more stupid. I told her that even if she looked like me, it would still be something I believe. She then told me to follow her. She took me to a hall that had a huge tree painting, it was the blue blossom tree.
Every petal had a name in it. Lu-min then explained that our ancestors started this painting so that during the slavery, we could find each other. The clan also wrote the names of new born children on their wrist for them to know theirs and that was how I know my name. In the ending of the tree was the former [clan leader's] name, "Lu-baishou" and his only child was…. Lu-min. And Lu-baishou had a brother, "Lu-xue" who gave birth to "Lu-hanli" and…"Lu hanzhou". So she is my sister and Lu-min is my cousin.
What I didn't understand was that Lu-min was meant to be the clan leader of the Lu clan but he was not. I asked him why then he said that the elders of the land framed his father and mine of cultivating an illegal artifact called the "blue blossom jade". The blue blossom jade was once free for everyone in the Lu-clan to cultivate but Lu-baishou had his suspicions on the elders and hid it in the last floor of the Lu-temple. He then set a barrier that anyone who intends to use the power for evil will be drained to death by the qi.
Lu-min still explained that this was why he tested me before allowing me to go into the temple. Now the elders will not allow Lu-min rule unless he gives them the blue blossom jade. They mostly thought that the prophecy would stop them so they sent you to the mystic mountains as a slave. I asked Lu-min about the prophecy and he said that the Lu-clan has a prophecy that the first set of twins to be born into the Lu-clan will rule the Jianxu.
Ha, what a dumb prophecy, and how the hell has the Lu-clan never had a pair of twins until now. Taking over the Jianxu would mean ruling over the Seven Sects in the east, only Gu-Taisho could attain such thing, thinking about it would just be a waste of time. Now, I have to go take back something important.
I dragged Lu-min all the way to the Lu-main court but he refused to go in saying "This is disrespect to our elders. I pushed him inside, brought out all the elders and beat the hell out of them. Lu-min yelled at me to stop but who knew beating up old people was this fun. I got bored since they were all lazy so I just took them to the blue moon prison and made Lu-min the new clan leader of the Lu-clan. Life is easy when you have the power.
I was working around the Lu-court when a messenger ran in and told me that the Ming princess was destroying my court. Oh come on, I forgot about her. I left her there since two days ago. How would I handle this? …. Wait, I have a very stupid idea. I ran to Lu-min for help. Immediately he saw me happily coming to meet him, he asked me what I wanted, this guy really thinks I'm evil.(Oh, you're evil to the core).
I told Lu-min about my situation then he asked me how he could help. He said that he knew the reason I didn't want to just simply chase her away was because I wanted to exploit the Ming Empire, hey don't say it like that.
I begged him to give it a try, maybe you guys would fall in love eventually. Yeah, he wasn't listening. After a long series of pleading, he finally agreed. He said he would do it under one condition, I get him the blood moon scroll, I've never heard of it. He explained that the Blood Moon clan was destroyed because they made a forbidden technique called "Blood Moon zone." The scroll is hidden in an underground temple in the formerly blood moon sect. I asked him why it was forbidden and he told me that when the zone is activated, anyone inside the zone will not be able to use qi or energy anymore.
Agreed, I agreed immediately cause I would also be using that scroll, like why didn't I know of this sooner. Lu-min told me that he knows I agreed because I also want to cultivate the scroll and that when we are both done, we'll burn it to prevent any other person from cultivating it. I asked him what if we sold it far away then he said "I'll break all your bones if you dare it."
