A FEW WEEKS AGO
Seth had stopped coming to school for a while causing barry to get worried. At first, he thought he was sulking because of the admission (annoyed that he would be left alone) so he let it go for a few days. Knowing his friend, as much as he hated school he had not missed a day, that was when he knew something serious had probably happened. He would have gone to his house for a checkup but Seth never let him. The final solution was to report to the principal who could probably pull a few strings and find out himself. After reporting his case to principal smith, he immediately began a search for Seth's address. Unknown to anyone, Principal Smith had his eyes on Seth for a while. He watched him get bullied and insulted but couldn't just step in. The principal couldn't explain why but he felt pity towards Seth. 'Maybe it's that lonely feeling around him, I'm sure that kid has been through a lot.' He thought to himself. After finding his information, he called his home telephone no., according to the guardian, Seth was involved in an accident. Waiting a few more days, he couldn't get Seth's emotionless face out of his mind. He decided to drop a quick visit. Dressed on a checkered long sleeve shirt which he wore a sleeveless cardigan over, carton brown pants and black formal shoes. Driving into the area, he packed few meters away. Strolling down with few gifts in his hands, the house was in sight but the ruckus from within was quite loud. "I know right, we thought they were f*cking at first but we noticed it was weird. It was two males. They've been at it for more than twenty mins." a young dark skinned boy commented beside principal Smith.
Dropping the items, he ran towards the house with effect. Opening the door, he saw two bloodied figures. One holding the other on his neck against the wall. Looking well he noticed it was Seth who was pinned against the wall. The figure was about to stab Seth with a bloodied kitchen knife when he raised his arm towards them.
PUCHIII!!!!!!
A metal rod had impaled Hargreeves to the wall while Principal Smith rushed to aid Seth. "Aaargh, who are you now?" Hargreeves crooked voice whispered in annoyance. Holding the rod which had impaled him with no sign of pain on his face, he slowly pulled it out. "Watch out!" Seth cried out weakly. Hargreeves was in the air pulling a perfect stance to stab both of them. Principal Smith didn't seem afraid, he just stretched out his hand towards the incoming attack. It seemed as if the rod liquefied before twisting around Hargreeves hanging him in the air.
Principal Smith used this opportunity to inspect Hargreeves' face. "Vampire." he muttered under his breath meanwhile Seth picked up the knife and stabbed Hargreeves heart.
"it's no use." Principal Smith said as Hargreeves broke out from his entrapment forcefully. 'This is clearly a new vampire, pure steel should work.' he thought to himself as he raised his hand again. Meanwhile Hargreeves had unlodged the knife from his heart flashing beside Seth to stab him. Tiny silver shards pierced his heart at once pushing him backwards before he could stab Seth. Coughing out blood abruptly, Hargreeves staggered backwards one of his eyes cleared while the area he was stabbed began festering rapidly. Seth breathing rapidly, faced his sorry figure. "Im sorry, young master but you have to die. For the sake of my dora..." he picked up two metal shards. Principal Smith sniffing something wrong ran towards Seth while shouting "Run!".
"... Please die." Hargreeves finished his sentence before crashing both shards together.
BOOOOMMMM!!!!!!
A terrible explosion rang out, Seth and Principal Hargreeves barely made it in time as the whole building blew up in flames, pieces of the building crashed iut.
A semi metal dome opened, Seth stood there. He couldn't see but he felt deep despair. In a matter of moments, seven years of memories had gone up in flame. Listening to the distant blares of the horns and siren, he knelt down for a while. Apparently one of the neighbors felt something wasn't right so she called the police. ๐จ ๐ฎ...
"Take me out of here please." Seth muttered. Principal Smith sighed 'as i thought, this boy is quite pitiful. " Holding his shoulders, principal Smith directed Seth to his transport mobile. Together, they walked of into the Sunset.

Inside the burning embers, Hargreeves kneeled as his skin burnt. Flashbacks of his memories reappeared as he burnt in those flames.
Back before he began working for the Lionhearths, he had a family of three. His beautiful carribean wife and daughter, Dora. They were happy and well taken care of till a member of the houses of the 12 great families decided to ruin his life. He didn't know which of the houses it was but they had killed his wife before him while kidnapping his daughter with the premise that he had to invade into the house of Lionhearth if he ever wanted to see his daughter again. Since he was a bit familiar with Sampson Lionhearth, it was no big deal. His family went up in a night all because a member of the 12 great houses was interested in his wife. Sometimes he wondered whether it was truly his wife that attracted them or it was him because from the mission he became sure he was set up, it was his connection to the Lionhearths they wanted. Before going on the infiltration, they fed him a vial of red liquid, blood. Since then he became their spy, he let them in on few secrets due to his burning hatred to the Lionhearths. He felt it was because of his connection to them that his family ended. At some point, Sampson must have figured it out because he began pushing him away from much important matters but Hargreeves didn't care wirh every single day that passed his hatred burned towards his captors and the Lionhearths. Watching them being happy without a care in the world only fueled his raging hatred. His only source of comfort was his monocle which was a very crucial part of a locket which stored the picture of his family and when he was sent videos of his daughter on a secured private site.
Unknown to none, he cried himself to sleep most nights while the guilt ate away at his heart. When his heart was gone, the only thing left was the raging inferno of hatred which had space to grow more. Everything went on for three years before the incident with Seth which Sampson used as an opportunity to send both away. With him away from the main set of Lionhearths, his slavers let him be for seven years.
It was then that they him sent him the final mission. "kill Seth Lionhearth.", Hargreeves stayed silent for a while. For the seven years he lived with Seth, he came to see Seth for who he truly was. 'he might be my favorite Lionhearth'. He was about to refuse when they sent the picture of his daughter. He froze as his pupils caught the picture of his daughter. 'Dora'
At this point he had to choose, the silent kid who watched everything with a silent tongue. Hargreeves admired his intelligence, he was smart plus he stayed 7 if not 10 years with Seth. Or, his daughter who he owed his very life to. It was a hard choice but he fixed his monocle into the locket, looking at the picture of his family, he made his choice internally.
The burning wood crushed his body while melting him. Live a good life, young master.
You deserve it, he smiled sadly as the last of his existence melted.

The flickering embers of wood burned brightly in the chimney. He sat facing the chimney, his back to the the men who stood behind him. His black hair was styled simply, he had broad shoulders. These were the only part of him that was seen.
"Lord james, my sire line has weakened, i believe the Subject is dead." one of the men on black suit reported. "bastard couldn't even do a simple job, what I'm i going to tell the baron." His voice was quite young but they still wouldn't still dare take him lightly. After a moment of stillness, the man asked again "What are we going to do about his daughter, Lord james?"
The figure rested his head on his hands with a bored voice "Feed her to the new ones." he said coldly
The burning flame burned brighter for a while before calming down.
