Felix stopped speaking and turned his gaze forward, quietly observing the cosmic landscape outside.

"Captain Griffith, we've completed unloading all base modules. We'll now proceed with assembly and construction."
"Hmm."
Felix responded softly to the report before reaching out to end the communication. Seated in his chair, he shifted his attention away from the matter and began contemplating upcoming tasks.

Through collective efforts, all construction modules for the Lorentz Military Base had been successfully installed and connected.

"Captain Griffith, now that the base construction is complete, we need to return to PLANT. We request you arrange for appropriate forces to escort us from this location."
The transport fleet commander stood before Felix as he made this request. Felix looked up at him and nodded.
"No problem, that's our responsibility."
After speaking, Felix stood up, picked up his cap from the desk, and continued while looking at the commander.
"However, to ensure your safe departure, we need to make some preparations. Please wait a bit longer."
"We'll follow your arrangements, Captain Griffith!"
The transport fleet commander replied with a slight smile.
Felix nodded slightly at him before turning to leave the office. The commander followed him out, and they parted ways outside the office.
Conference Room, Central Administrative District
The captains of fourteen squads sat waiting quietly for Felix's arrival.
While waiting, the assembled captains began whispering among themselves since they had nothing else to do.
"What do you think will happen next?"
"Not sure, probably some major operation!"
"I think it might be related to the transport fleet."
"Possibly!"

Amid their discussions, a faint door opening sound was heard. The sharp-eared captains immediately ceased their conversations, all eyes turning toward the entrance.
Felix strode into the conference room.
He looked at everyone with a slight smile as he greeted them.
"Long time no see, everyone."
"Long time no see, Captain Griffith."
The captains stood and saluted Felix, responding respectfully.
Standing at the podium, Felix raised his hand and gently pressed downward, signaling everyone to sit. The captains promptly returned to their seats, awaiting Felix's address.
Felix looked at the assembled captains, placing both hands on the podium as he spoke.
"This meeting is primarily to discuss escorting the transport fleet for safe departure from the Moon."
As he spoke, Felix raised one hand to activate the screen behind him, projecting relevant content onto it. Referring to the displayed information, he continued his explanation.
"My plan is to divide our existing fifteen teams into three groups. Smith Team, Taylor Team, Miller Team, Hill Team, and Cooper Team will be responsible for escorting the transport fleet away. Ford Team, Wood Team, Bieber Team, Jensen Team, and Rodriguez Team will handle base defense. Brian Team, Bell Team, Windsor Team, James Team, and my Griffith Team will be tasked with luring the Earth Alliance Forces."
After saying this, Felix looked at everyone and asked, "What are your thoughts on this arrangement?"
"No objections!"
The group glanced at their comrades and colleagues beside them before turning back to Felix and replying in unison.
Seeing no further opinions, Felix continued, "For this operation, the teams responsible for luring the Earth Alliance Forces will act first. Once we successfully divert their attention, the escort teams will then guide the transport fleet away from the Moon. The specific timing will depend on the actual situation. As for the teams remaining at the base, your only duty is to ensure the base's security."
"Yes!"
Everyone stood up, looked at Felix, and responded with resounding voices.
Hearing their replies, Felix declared the meeting over. He turned off the screen and headed out of the conference room.
"Wood, I really envy you!" Brian walked up to his friend Wood, slung an arm around his neck, and expressed his envy. Wood turned to Brian and smiled. "What's there to envy?"
"I envy you for being assigned to guard the base," Brian said bluntly, looking at Wood.
Wood chuckled but didn't engage with Brian's topic. Instead, he asked, "Want to grab a drink later?"
"Are you crazy? You want to drink?!" Brian feigned shock and disbelief. Wood rolled his eyes in exasperation. "Who said anything about drinking?!" He continued, staring at Brian, "Besides, even if we wanted to, there's not a drop of alcohol to be found at Lorentz Military Base—not even Wheat Juice."
"Just kidding!" Seeing his friend's reaction, Brian dropped the act, his tone softening as he explained. Wood gave him another eye-roll.
Without another word, Wood shook off Brian's arm and strode straight outside. Brian quickly hurried after his friend.

Base
Felix's Office
Shortly after returning, Felix summoned the person in charge of the transport fleet.
"Captain Griffith, you called for me?" The man entered, looked up at Felix, and inquired. Felix nodded in response. "The specific arrangements are all set. When the time comes, just follow orders and depart."
"Thank you!"
"No need for thanks. It's our duty."
After speaking, Felix handed him the list of escort teams and added, "These five teams are responsible for escorting you away. Coordinate the details among yourselves and submit the finalized plan to me once it's ready."
"I understand, Captain Griffith."
The person in charge nodded and replied to Felix. Looking at Felix, he asked, "Captain Griffith, do you have any other matters?"
"Nothing else."
Felix shook his head as he responded.
Having received the reply, the man bid farewell to Felix and turned to leave his room. After watching him depart, Felix sat back in his chair, leaning against the backrest to relax himself.
In this moment of tranquility, a communication suddenly came through.
