Chapter—Aura Battle League Event.
The Aurafiest base had never felt so… quiet.
Sunlight filtered lazily through the wide windows, dust motes drifting through the air like time itself had slowed down. The large central room—usually alive with planning, post-mission chatter, or aura practice—was now filled with something far rarer.
Boredom.
Liod lay stretched across one of the couches, a comic book resting loosely in his hands. His eyes moved across the panels, but his mind wasn't fully there. Every now and then, he turned a page, more out of habit than interest.
On the opposite side of the room, Marin sat cross-legged on a chair, scrolling through her phone. Her expression shifted subtly—sometimes amused, sometimes unimpressed, sometimes thoughtful—but she didn't speak.
At the center table, chaos unfolded.
Uno, Luke, Shuri, and Chika were deep into a card game.
"Again?" Chika stared at the cards in her hands, disbelief written across her face. "This is impossible!"
Uno grinned. "Luck issue."
"That's not luck," Shuri said, narrowing her eyes. "That's skill."
Luke said nothing. He simply placed his card down calmly.
The moment the round ended, Chika froze.
"…I lost."
Again.
Her shoulders slumped.
Then, suddenly—
"I'M DONE!"
She threw her cards into the air dramatically. Cards fluttered down like defeated leaves.
"I'm not playing this stupid game anymore!" she huffed, crossing her arms and turning away.
Uno laughed. "You say that every time."
Shuri crossed her arms.
"That's not fair," she said. "It's your own fault for rushing your moves."
Chika turned sharply. "Why are you always against me?!"
Shuri tilted her head. "Because you keep panicking."
Chika groaned and dropped onto the couch.
"Why don't we just go into a dungeon?" she muttered.
Marin finally looked up from her phone.
"There's no dungeon nearby," she said calmly. "None discovered, none active."
Chika sighed louder. "Then what are we supposed to do all day?"
Shuri leaned back. "Colleges are on holiday. Training's done. No missions."
Uno stretched his arms. "So… nothing."
Silence followed.
Then—
The soft sound of a cup being placed on the counter.
Evelyn stepped forward, holding a mug of coffee, steam rising gently from its surface. She took a slow sip, her gaze drifting over the group.
"Well," she said casually, "we could go on a event."
Chika blinked.
"…A event?"
Evelyn nodded, unfazed. "There's an event happening. An open combat showcase."
That got attention.
Marin raised an eyebrow. "Explain."
Evelyn continued, "Participants fight based on aura category. Creator versus creator. Destroyer versus destroyer. Blaster versus blaster. Average versus average."
Chika's eyes lit up instantly.
"That sounds fun!" she said, jumping up. "Let's go!"
Marin sighed. "Calm down. We haven't even agreed yet."
Evelyn smiled faintly. "I'll lead you there."

The Event Grounds
The moment they arrived, the scale of the event became clear.
Crowds stretched as far as the eye could see. Independent fighters stood in groups, discussing strategies, laughing, or quietly meditating.
Luke glanced around, surprised.
"I didn't know there were this many guilds," he murmured.
Evelyn nodded. "Guild membership isn't required. This is an individual event."
Uno stiffened. "…You mean I could fight Chika?"
Evelyn nodded. "Yes."
Uno slowly turned to Chika.
They stared at each other.
"…Let's hope we don't," Chika said weakly.
As they moved toward registration, familiar faces appeared ahead.
Klare and Arika.
Arika noticed them first and waved.
"I'm not surprised Aurafiest is here," she said. "You joining too?"
Marin nodded. "We're registering."
Arika smiled. "This will be interesting."
She paused, thinking. "Since I'm a blaster, I might fight Chika… or Shuri… or Uno…"
Uno froze.
Arika suddenly realized something and panicked internally.
Wait… Uno too?
No. No. No. I don't want to fight him.
Liod chuckled. "At least I might get to fight Evelyn or Luke."
Luke and Evelyn froze for while.
They have same thought that they are auramaster and participating event where category matters will not fair.
Evelyn shook her head. "I'm not participating."
Luke nodded. "Same. I'll watch."
Liod looked disappointed. "That's not good but I can't force you."
Marin, Chika, Liod, Uno, and Shuri registered.
Luke and Evelyn stepped aside.
Arika said"Now you are register too I wish I could see Klare and Marin fight but it cant happen."

Rules and Recognition
The host stepped onto the stage.
"In this event," he announced, "participants will wear a pendant that measures damage received. Reach your limit—you lose."
The crowd murmured.
"Fight smart. Dodge wisely."
Then—
"A special match will be held between the winners of Aura Creator and Aura Destroyer categories!"
Marin and Klare are suprised beacause Now they have to chance to fight with each other.
Cheers erupted.
"And judging this match—Auramaster of Japan, Kaizen Ryuga!"
Thunderous applause.
"And our special guest—Auramaster Mizu! Auramaster of India."
The crowd roared.
Some whispers spread.
"Wasn't there another Auramaster…?"
"Yeah… the unique one…"
But the moment passed.
The horn echoed across the massive open arena.
A low, vibrating sound that silenced thousands of voices at once.
Floating platforms rose from the ground, dividing the battlefield into multiple sections—each glowing with different aura colors, each representing a category.
The pendants around every participant's neck shimmered faintly, ready to calculate damage, impact, and aura depletion.
From the spectator stands, Luke leaned forward slightly, eyes sharp.
Evelyn spectate calmly, though her gaze missed nothing.
"This system," she said softly, "doesn't reward recklessness. Only control."
Luke nodded.
Good. That's why this event matters.

Average Category
The first platform flashed white.
Average League – Begin
Liod stepped forward.
No flashy aura burst.
No intimidation.
Just quiet confidence.
His opponent—a tall fighter with enhanced reflex aura—charged immediately, aura flaring bright blue.
Liod didn't retreat.
He shifted.
A half-step to the side.
The attack grazed past him, missing by inches.
Gasps rippled through the crowd.
"Too fast?" someone whispered.
Liod countered—not with brute force, but precision.
A focused aura strike to the opponent's shoulder.
Then another to the ribs.
Not enough to overwhelm—just enough to disrupt balance.
The pendant around his opponent's neck blinked yellow… then red.
Defeat.
Luke's lips curved faintly.
"He's not stronger," Luke murmured.
"He's smarter."
Round after round, Liod repeated the same pattern.
He studied.
Adjusted.
Struck only when it mattered.
By the finals, his last opponent tried to overwhelm him with sheer speed—attacks raining down like hail.
Liod closed his eyes for a fraction of a second.
Then—
He stepped into the attack.
Aura flared just once.
A clean, decisive blow.
The pendant flashed crimson.
Winner: Liod.
The crowd erupted.
Liod exhaled slowly, barely smiling and tired due to battle.
I won .I dont know how but its true.
And like this Liod winning average league end it.

Aura Blaster League
If the Average League was calm—
The Aura Blaster League was chaos incarnate.
Explosions thundered.
Shockwaves rattled barriers.
Aura blasts crisscrossed the sky like fireworks gone mad.
Shuri stepped onto the platform, fists clenched.
Her aura burned bright—hot, aggressive.
Her first match ended quickly.
Too quickly.
A direct blast.
Overwhelming force.
Victory.
But with every round, the opponents grew smarter.
They dodged.
They baited.
They waited.
Chika fought next.
Her movements were hesitant at first—but her heart was strong.
She blocked.
Redirected.
Countered when she could.
By the quarterfinals, sweat beaded on her forehead.
Her aura flickered.
She launched one final attack—pouring everything she had into it.
The blast landed.
But her pendant blinked red first.
She collapsed to one knee, breathing hard.
Defeat.
Uno clenched his fists in the stands.
"Chika—We where experting more but still you are best!"
She looked up and smiled weakly, giving him a thumbs-up.
"I… did my best…"
Uno fought like a storm.
Fast.
Aggressive.
Relentless.
He reached the semifinals—where he faced Arika.
Their eyes met.
Arika who fought similar to Uno due to her feeling for him
She hesitated.
Her attack slowed.
Her aura wavered.

Aura Creator League
Then—
The atmosphere changed.
Calmer.
Sharper.
Marin stepped onto the platform.
Her aura unfolded like living art.
Shapes formed midair—barriers, blades, wings—each perfect, each efficient.
Her first opponent tried to rush her.
A translucent shield appeared instantly.
The attack shattered against it.
Marin didn't retaliate immediately.
She waited.
Then reshaped the shield into dozens of razor-thin constructs that guided the opponent's movement—forcing them into narrow paths.
One precise strike.
Defeat.
Round after round, Marin adapted.
Against speed—she restricted space.
Against power—she absorbed and redirected.
Against tricks—she outthought them.
Luke watched intently.
"She's not just creating aura," he thought.
"She's controlling the fight itself."
In the finals, her opponent unleashed a massive, multi-layered assault.
Marin raised her hand.
The air responded.
Her aura expanded outward like a blooming flower—complex, elegant, overwhelming.
The attack dissolved.
The pendant flashed red.
Winner: Marin.
She lowered her hand, breathing steady.
No wasted motion.
No unnecessary force.
Just mastery.
And Aura creator league ended.
---
Aura Destroyer League
Klare walked forward.
Silent.
Heavy.
When his aura ignited—
The ground cracked.
His fighting style was brutal, but not reckless.
Every strike erased something—barriers, constructs, even lingering aura traces.
He didn't overpower.
He removed.
Opponents found their techniques collapsing mid-use, their aura unraveling before completion.
In the finals, his opponent attempted a massive finishing move.
Klare stepped through it.
Aura surged once.
The technique shattered like glass.
The pendant flashed red instantly.
Winner: Klare.
He turned away without a word.
The arena shook—not from noise, but respect.

The crowd roared louder than before.
"But before their special match—

"I witnessed discipline today," he said.
"Not just power. Control. Fair combat. Growth.I expect more people will understand there aura and control like our champion."
Then Auramaster Mizu spoke, smiling.
"Watching you all reminds me—

Some whispers floated through the crowd.

"…I hoped to see him…"
Luke looked away hearing this little whispers.
