The Bard Who Calls Himself Venti**
Kaeya exchanged a few words with Amber, then turned to the group.
"Jean requests everyone's presence. That includes you, Fischl."
Fischl stiffened instantly.
Kaeya added calmly:
"And if you skip protocol, Luo Li will hear about it."
That alone made the proud Princess freeze like a scared kitten.
Paimon whispered, baffled:
"Who is this Luo Li? Even Fischl listens to him!"
Amber laughed, puffing her chest proudly.
"Luo Li is amazing! All the Knights respect him. Even Lisa asks him questions sometimes.
I heard he's lived for centuries and even met the Archons!"
Lumine's eyes lit up.
"Does he know anything about a certain white-haired god… or people who crossed the stars?"
"He might!" Amber nodded. "No harm in asking."
Kaeya cleared his throat.
"After the debriefing."
The group followed him to the Knights of Favonius headquarters.
Only after a long while did they emerge again.
As they stepped outside, a green-clad youth hiding behind the statue of Barbatos perked up.
He had been waiting for them the entire morning.
"That is the real Skyward Harp," the boy murmured.
"But how did it appear here… after five hundred years?"
Deep in thought, he watched the group until they emerged.
Fischl and Lumine chatted like newly made friends.
"Amber said you know where Mr. Luo Li lives?" Lumine asked.
"Hmph. Naturally," Fischl said proudly. "He is the sage bound to me by fate across three lifetimes."
Paimon glowed in admiration.
"Wow! You know someone that amazing?!"
Just as Lumine was preparing a retort, a voice suddenly popped up beside them.
"Hey there!"
Paimon shrieked.
"It's you the guy who was colluding with Stormterror!"
The green boy waved frantically.
"No, no! Don't make it sound so awful. There are reasons! You can call me… Venti."
Lumine narrowed her eyes.
"And why should we trust you?"
Venti ignored her because his eyes were fixed entirely on Fischl.
"Let's make a deal. I give you information about Stormterror… and you answer a few questions of mine.
A fair exchange, right?"
Lumine sighed.
The way he kept staring at Fischl…
It was obvious who he came for.
Still information on Stormterror was crucial.
"…Fine. We'll listen.
