Chapter 32: Eight Extreme Douluo Surround Shrek Academy!

Shrek City!

As the first rays of morning sunlight struck the ancient plaque that had hung above Shrek Academy's gates for millennia, the sky was pierced by a streak of light—like a dragon soaring across heaven, radiating a blinding brilliance.

With a metallic clang, a spear embedded itself firmly into the ground before the academy gates.

The Super Martial Soul—Sky-Piercing Spear!

Standing beside it was a handsome, refined middle-aged man whose calm demeanor exuded overwhelming dominance. His eyes gleamed with scholarly composure, yet behind them flickered the pride of one who stood peerless under heaven.

Above, he reached the clouds.

Below, he touched the abyss.

The strongest man of the present age—the Sea God Pavilion Master, Yun Ming!

"Who dares trespass on my Shrek Academy grounds!"

Yun Ming gripped his Sky-Piercing Spear, his aura erupting like a divine storm that pressed upon all around him.

But the next instant, to his surprise, a nine-year-old boy appeared before him.

"You took what's mine. Should I not come to reclaim it? Pavilion Master Yun Ming, your behavior seems rather discourteous!"

Frowning, Yun Ming assessed the child. "And who might you be?"

Though the boy's power seemed that of a mere Grand Soul Master, Yun Ming could sense something—an indescribable pressure, an aura that somehow threatened him.

How peculiar.

It had been many years since Yun Ming had felt such an oppressive presence.

In his eyes, the only being on the continent who could provoke such a feeling was not a man at all—but a beast.

Di Tian.

Could this boy…?

Narrowing his gaze, Yun Ming studied Jiang Chen carefully. A soul beast who had re-cultivated as human? The Huo Family's legendary million-year soul spirit reborn?

Impossible.

Once a soul beast became a soul spirit, its body no longer existed. How could it reconstruct itself as human?

Then who—or what—was this?

"The Huo Family? Have you come for Na'er?"

His heart sank. So that was it.

"Na'er has become my disciple," Yun Ming said in his calm, commanding tone. "As the continent's foremost expert, I am qualified to be her teacher. If the Huo Family is displeased, I'm willing to make amends—but Na'er's choice is her own."

"As her teacher, I shall not interfere with whom she befriends. If you come in peace, Shrek welcomes you. But if you come in hostility, then you may test the sharpness of my spear!"

"And the ones hiding nearby—come out! There's no need for childish stealth."

The air shimmered. Eight figures appeared midair, each radiating terrifying power that pressed even Yun Ming's breath tight within his chest.

Spirit Transmission Tower:

Qian Gu Dongfeng — Level 99 Extreme Douluo, Half-God Power, Martial Soul: Coiling Dragon Staff.

Qian Gu Qingfeng — Level 99 Extreme Douluo, Half-God Power, Martial Soul: Infernal Halberd.

Qian Gu Diè Tíng — Level 99 Extreme Douluo, Quasi-God Power, Martial Soul: Coiling Dragon Staff.

Blood Demon — Level 99 Extreme Douluo, Quasi-God Power, Martial Soul: Dark Blood Demon.

War God Hall:

Chen Xinjie — Level 99 Extreme Douluo, Quasi-God Power, Martial Soul: Ocean.

Douluo Federation:

Huo Yuanjing — Level 99 Extreme Douluo, Half-God Power, Martial Soul: Evil-Eyed White Tiger.

Western Army Corps:

Duong Zi'an — Level 99 Extreme Douluo, Half-God Power, Martial Soul: Blue-Faced Wolf.

Central Army Corps:

Yu Guanzhi — Level 99 Extreme Douluo, Half-God Power, Martial Soul: Divine Hawk.

Across all of Douluo Continent, fewer than twenty Extreme Douluo existed—and now eight of them stood gathered before Shrek Academy.

To say they were here to "visit" would be a pathetic joke.

Yun Ming's eyes swept across each of them, the weight of their combined auras pressing upon him like an invisible mountain. "The Federation? What is the meaning of this?"

Floating slightly above the rest, Jiang Chen looked down upon the continent's number one expert with a faint, mocking smile.

"The great Yun Ming, continent's strongest—yet you abduct the fiancée of another man. What a shameless bully. Tell me, are all Shrek folk this disgraceful?"

Yun Ming: ?

Huo Yuanjing's face twitched. They were here to bomb Shrek, but their ancestor's claims made it sound ridiculous. That line should've never been said aloud.

Still, as the Federation's lead representative, Huo Yuanjing calmly began to recite the prepared declaration.

"Since its founding, Shrek Academy has repeatedly interfered in continental matters, obstructing unity and peace. The Federation has long suffered under Shrek's arrogance—the people of Douluo have long suffered under Shrek!

"Today, Shrek faces the consequences of its own actions. As long as Shrek stands, the Federation shall never know peace!"

"Absurd!" Yun Ming retorted. "From its inception, Shrek Academy has defended the continent's harmony. In every age of conflict, Shrek has stood at the forefront, protecting all! How dare you speak for the Federation as though you represent the entire world?!"

He spat. "Nonsense!"

Qian Gu Dongfeng could no longer contain himself. "Shrek dares utter such self-righteous drivel? What audacity!

"When commoners need martial soul awakenings, it is our Spirit Transmission Tower that provides them freely. Where was Shrek then?

"When we grant every soul master the power of soul rings—where was Shrek?

"'Only monsters, not ordinary people'—that's your so-called motto of equality?!"

"And your ridiculous doctrine, 'A soul master who fears trouble is no soul master'? What is that but a creed to incite chaos across the world?"

Then Yu Guanzhi, commander of the Central Army Corps, spoke in his cold bureaucratic tone, like reading a formal indictment.

"Under the guise of 'examinations,' Shrek Academy has caused 4,382 incidents across 360 cities over ten thousand years, totaling damages exceeding eight trillion Federation Credits."

"It has trespassed into military restricted zones 3,800 times during so-called graduation trials, hijacked 2,600 military vessels—including warships—which were secretly passed to the Star Luo Federation and Heaven Dou Federation—eight hundred and six hundred units respectively—while one thousand remain unaccounted for."

"Moreover, it has covertly supported Tang Sect's private army under the name of the Battle Soul Hall—grossly exceeding the Federation's allowable independent force limits."

One accusation after another, each backed with precise data. Even Yun Ming felt momentarily speechless—because, disturbingly, much of it was true.

After all, Shrek Academy's history with soul tools was largely… "borrowed" innovation.

In truth, the Federation's advancements had always been far ahead, forcing Shrek to "reference" their technology extensively.

And yes, the foreign Federations likely had benefitted from Shrek's interference as well.

But Yun Ming understood—eight Extreme Douluo surrounding Shrek wasn't for words. Today would decide life or death for Shrek Academy.

His spear hummed like thunder. "Hmph! If you wish to condemn, you'll always find an excuse!"

"Shrek Academy is no clay doll. If the Federation desires something, speak plainly!"

Yun Ming's power was immense—he had once single-handedly defeated sixteen Titled Douluo in succession.

But against eight Extreme Douluo? Even he could not stand alone.

He had not yet broken through the divine threshold.

"Shrek Academy will vacate Shrek City," Huo Yuanjing declared solemnly. "From today onward, the city shall be renamed Douluo City—the new capital of the Federation."

"Impossible!" Yun Ming roared.
