Chapter 71 - Chapter 36: Annihilation (Part 1)

"You are too weak."

Returning to the arena once more, Luo Huangjun spoke as her willow-like brows knit slightly.

This was not arrogance—she was simply stating the truth. She had expected Luo Tianhai not to be particularly strong, but she truly had not anticipated that he would be this weak.

Not to mention her current realm—even back when she was at the Seventh Heaven, facing this Luo Tianhai, he likely still wouldn't have been able to do anything to her.

This Eighth Heaven… was far too watered down.

"You—!"

"How dare you humiliate me like this?!"

Luo Tianhai was so furious he nearly jumped in place. This was simply too humiliating.

Yet all he could do was rage impotently. If he were truly made to face Luo Huangjun again, he would absolutely not dare.

"Enough! Get lost—now. Today, I will spare your life. Go back and tell those unruly old fellows in your clan: if there is a next time, I will kill without mercy."

Luo Huangjun frowned faintly as she spoke in a cold voice.

It was not that she was soft-hearted. Killing Luo Tianhai would bring far more trouble than benefit.

After all, he was nothing more than someone she could kill with a casual strike. Leaving him alive was simply a warning to those who coveted the Huanglong Seal.

"Hmph! Luo Huangjun, just you wait! Slaughtering one's own clan—this matter will not end like this!"

Luo Tianhai hurled out his threats, then slunk away in disgrace. Leaving like this was simply too humiliating.

"And you, junior. Let me advise you—this Huanglong Seal is a supreme treasure left behind by the founding ancestor of my Luo Clan. If you know what's good for you, you should—hm?"

Before Luo Tianhai could finish speaking, he suddenly sensed an icy killing intent. He raised his head—and saw a gigantic hand that blotted out the sky appear above him!

"Stubborn and unrepentant, still daring to spout nonsense. Since you do not treasure your life, then leave this life behind here!"

Luo Huangjun's clear, cold voice echoed as she lightly closed her jade-like hand.

She had not intended to go this far—but Luo Tianhai truly didn't understand the situation at all, and still dared to threaten her to her face.

So be it—since things had come to this, she would finish it in one stroke!

Below, Luo Tianhai was lifted by that enormous palm like a little chick.

"What are you doing?! I am a clan elder!"

He panicked. He had merely followed his youthful habits and reflexively thrown out a few threats!

After all, one must not lose face even in defeat. He, Luo Tianhai, still cared about his dignity.

By all rights, you release me, let me say a few words, give me a bit of face and a way out, and I would leave.

My words weren't even finished yet—and you already moved against me again?

Young people these days really don't follow any rules at all!

This was what Luo Tianhai was thinking—

But the next instant, the enormous hand suddenly exerted force and crushed his body to pieces!

Only a single divine soul was left, drifting alone in midair.

"I'm leaving right now!"

He roared as he tried to flee.

"Too late."

Luo Huangjun spoke flatly. With a light tap of her fingertip, Luo Tianhai's divine soul was instantly annihilated—meeting the exact same fate as Luo Qingyu!

Thus, Luo Feipeng, Luo Qingyu, and Luo Tianhai—three members of the Luo Clan—were all completely wiped out!

Only a few insignificant small fry remained, their cultivation crippled. Even if they returned to the Luo Clan, their end would not be any better.

Her gaze shifted as Luo Huangjun looked toward her two personal disciples below, the coldness in her expression softening.

Her divine sense swept out, lingering especially on Chu Ge as she carefully sensed him over, confirming that there was nothing abnormal about him, and that no one had planted any hidden methods on him. Only then did she relax.

"You two return to the Taihuang Hall first. There is no need to worry—your master will handle the rest."

"Yes."

Su Lingyuan and Chu Ge obediently complied and nodded in acknowledgment.
