Alan's POV
Slowly, deliberately giving her every chance to pull away, I lean forward and press my lips against hers.
The moment our mouths touch, I know she has never done this before. Her inexperience shows in the tentative way she responds, so I guide her gently, teaching her how to move her lips against mine. When I trace my tongue along her bottom lip, she gasps, and I take the opportunity to deepen the kiss. A low growl rumbles in my chest as her sweet taste floods my senses.
I release her wrists, and her hands immediately find their way into my hair. One of my hands tangles in her silky brown strands while the other slides up her side, taking my time as I explore her mouth with mine. She makes a soft sound against my lips that drives me wild, making every possessive instinct I have roar to life. I force myself to go slow, letting her adjust to the sensations while I memorize the taste of her.
