Lara's POV
"You're telling me I'm pregnant?" I stare at Luna Dorothy in disbelief. Those two negative tests had me convinced otherwise.
"Absolutely," she confirms with a warm smile spreading across her face.
I turn to look at Austin, a breathless laugh escaping me. "We're actually going to have a baby?"
That devastating smile I love so much takes over his features completely.
"We're going to have a baby," he rumbles in that deep voice, then leans down toward my stomach. "Can you hear us, little one? We know you're there now." His words make me giggle as I thread my fingers through his thick hair while he presses his face against my belly. Buck starts purring so loudly it vibrates through both of us, as if he's calling to our unborn child.
Luna Dorothy chuckles softly. "I need you to back up a bit, Buck. Let me check if Lara's following the Murphy family pattern of having multiple babies right from the start."
