"A clothing brand?" Kasteil asked, his brows drawing together slightly as he looked at Nicholas.
"Yes," Nicholas replied. "I had one of my guys look into it, and it turns out it was the logo of a clothing brand."
For a moment, Kasteil didn't say anything. The night air around them felt quiet, almost too quiet, as he tried to piece together the information Nicholas had just given him. A coin found in the hand of a child, a dead man who had no pack, rumors about stolen babies, and now somehow a clothing brand was involved. The connection didn't make sense yet, and that was exactly what bothered him.
"They're a big brand," Nicholas continued, leaning slightly against the side of his car. "Not just clothes. They also help the less privileged. Apparently, for every item someone buys, they donate clothing to someone homeless… or, well, someone less privileged somewhere."
