The Saintess of the Elves did not know what to do, nor what would cause this catastrophe in the future. Even after she gathered with the elders of the elves and the nobles, they did not know what to do. However, one of the elders said something that she believed was closest to the truth. He said:
"When the time of the prophecy's fulfillment comes, we will know. And even if we do not know, the Sacred Tree will warn us of the mistake. We should not think that the prophecy will be fulfilled now, or tomorrow, or even after a hundred years. This is something beyond our control. All we can do is be cautious in the future, and anyone who bears the traits you mentioned must be studied to see whether he is the one in the prophecy or not."
The Saintess of the Elves remembered the elder's words and thought about the description of that person. His voice came from the clouds, and the clouds rained black feathers like the feathers of crows. The Saintess thought about the matter for a while and decided that anyone who raises crows or possesses magic that controls clouds would be closely monitored, and they would try to understand what mistake she would make so that the prophecy she saw would not be fulfilled.
While the Saintess of the Elves was thinking about the future of the elves and concluding that a dangerous war was about to occur, the race of the dwarves on the continent of Mira was the complete opposite. The Dwarf King was singing, celebrating, and rejoicing, unlike the elves, after the dwarves discovered a new ore deep underground, better than all the metals they had found before, so they were celebrating this matter.
The king had just finished celebrating with his people and went to his room to rest after a long day. As soon as he entered his room and lay down to rest after long dancing and celebration, he fell asleep. And when the king slept, a strange shadow entered his room, and the king did not notice it.
The strange shadow entered the room and searched it quietly, and after some searching, it found what it wanted: a strangely shaped necklace that was hidden inside a book. As soon as it obtained it, it looked at the sleeping Dwarf King and thought to itself:
"How weak the dwarves are without their weapons."
But it did not care much about that, for it wanted to finish its mission quickly. It held the necklace and brought it close to the hand of the Dwarf King, and as soon as the necklace touched the Dwarf King's hand, its color changed to black.
The Dwarf King felt that something strange was happening, so he woke up from his sleep and looked around with confused eyes. When he found nothing, he scratched his head and said:
"Did I drink too much at the celebration?"
He thought for a moment, then shook his head mockingly and went back to sleep.
The owner of the black shadow had already left the palace of the Dwarf King, laughing a little at the ease of the mission. But after thinking about what would happen when the Dwarf King found out, and about the disappearance of the necklace that was made from the new ore they had discovered, she hastened her steps so that no pursuit would catch up with her.
After the owner of the shadow left the royal city where the Dwarf King lived, she arrived at a forest nearby. She removed her black mask, revealing her silver hair and golden eyes. It was Forn, the human imperial crown princess.
As soon as Forn did that and removed her mask, she looked at the necklace she was holding, then looked at the royal palace of the Dwarf King from afar, and said in a mocking tone:
"What a weak race. If not for their powerful weapons, they would have been destroyed and died long ago."
Forn remembered how easily she had entered the castle and how the Dwarf King did not sense her presence in his room, and she thought to herself:
"Is the dwarves' sword really that powerful to make this dwarf as strong as my father, the Emperor?"
Forn thought for a while, and a desire came to her to steal the dwarves' sword. But when she thought that the Dwarf King was the only one who could wield it, her desire to steal it quickly faded.
For even if she stole it and took it far from the dwarves, she doubted she would be able to escape from the royal city of the dwarves. It was said that the Dwarf King had constant communication with his sword, so even if she succeeded in stealing it, he would quickly capture her.
When she thought about this, she sighed, took out a teleportation stone, and crushed it to transfer to the human empire.
In the Emperor's palace, as soon as Forn crushed the stone, a strange light appeared in the royal hall. The Human Emperor was sitting on his throne, waiting for his daughter to emerge from the light.
As soon as the light faded and Forn appeared, she looked around and saw her father sitting on his throne looking down at her. She quickly knelt and said in a submissive voice:
"I have carried out your orders, O Emperor."
The Emperor looked at her and said:
"Did you find the new ore that the dwarves discovered?"
Forn replied as she took out a black necklace from her clothes:
"Yes, my father the Emperor. I found this necklace made from the new ore they discovered in the chamber of the Dwarf King."
The Emperor looked at the necklace and raised his hand slightly. A golden aura appeared around the necklace and flew toward the Emperor. Forn looked at this with envy, for that golden aura was the Flame of Humanity, the most precious treasure of humanity.
Only the Emperor of each era can bear it, and no one other than the imperial family can carry it. Only the Emperor can wield it, and it is passed from one Emperor to another, and the bearer of the flame possesses the power of an adult dragon.
While Forn was looking at the aura and watching it carefully, the Emperor was also watching. When he held the necklace, he examined it carefully and said:
"Was there magic on the necklace?"
Forn replied quickly as she came out of her thoughts:
"Yes, O Emperor. The necklace was protected by magic, but the magic was broken by the Dwarf King."
The Emperor thought for a while, then waved his hand and said:
"Well done, Forn. You did not disappoint my expectations. Go and rest. I will summon you after I study the necklace well and determine whether there is any hidden magic."
Forn replied while kneeling:
"Thank you, O Emperor."
Forn left the throne hall while the Emperor watched her leave. As soon as she left, he looked at the necklace and said:
"Is this the metal from the ancient legend?"
