Chapter 165 - Chapter 165: Stepping into the Hell Dimension!

Mephisto saw the situation take a disastrous turn and immediately bolted, trying to open a portal and flee back to his own dimensional universe.

An interdimensional demon god's life was tightly bound to their home dimension. Even if their true body was killed outside their dimension, they could be reborn within their own realm.

But that kind of rebirth came at an outrageous price—it would burn an enormous amount of dimensional energy.

To any interdimensional demon god, dimensional energy was the foundation that sustained their rule and their power. No one would willingly swallow a loss that massive.

But the Ancient One was simply too strong right now. She casually shifted the Mirror Dimension, using the Earth inside it as a "medium" and warping it into a new shape.

In the blink of an eye, Earth transformed into an unimaginably huge chain that spanned the void, whipping toward the fleeing Mephisto and wrapping around him at terrifying speed.

No matter how desperately Mephisto ran, he couldn't shake that shadowing attack. In an instant, the chain bound him tightly, locking him in place.

He struggled violently, magic surging around him in frantic waves as he tried to break free—only to accomplish absolutely nothing.

After doing all that, the Ancient One didn't kill Mephisto. Instead, she waved at Harry, who was watching from a distance.

"Harry, get over here. See if you can forcefully tear open his dimensional barrier."

Harry hurried over and stopped in front of Mephisto.

Before this, he'd actually planned to use Barton and a few mind-controlled agents—extract the residual hell magic from their bodies as a medium and try to open a gate into Hell.

After all, hell magic was entangled with Mephisto's Hell dimension. With that kind of guidance, maybe he could find the right "anchor point" to crack the barrier.

But now, it looked like he didn't need any of that.

Because the Sorcerer Supreme had grabbed Mephisto's true body directly.

Harry reached forward and clenched his hand in the air, extracting hell magic from Mephisto in a continuous stream.

Once he had enough, he immediately "locked onto" a dark crimson realm—Mephisto's Hell dimension.

He tried to rip the dimensional barrier apart and open a portal inside it.

He failed.

Mephisto immediately threw his head back and mocked him loudly.

"Hahahaha! You didn't seriously think that just because my body is outside my dimension, I can't control my dimension anymore, did you?

Let me tell you—rather than saying the body is the interdimensional demon god, it's more accurate to say the entire dimension is the interdimensional demon god. No matter where I am, no matter where I go, as long as I'm within the multiverse, I will never lose contact with my dimension!

Even the strongest interdimensional demon god can only destroy another interdimensional demon god by destroying their dimension. You can't kill one by 'cutting the connection'!

So stop dreaming. Even the two of you together can't tear open the barrier!

Inside the dimension and outside the dimension—an interdimensional demon god is a completely different kind of existence!"

Harry didn't react. He simply opened a portal and transported himself, the Sorcerer Supreme, and Mephisto straight to the front of Hell's dimensional barrier.

Yes, with his current power it was hard for him to tear Mephisto's barrier open.

But someone else could.

In the future, as Harry's controllable magic increased, he'd be able to do it too. Right now, he needed borrowed force.

Because if he kept drawing more magic, he'd lose control completely.

So—

The Hulk arrived.

Out in the waters around Point Nemo, Mephisto's magic still had the Hulk locked in extreme rage. Gamma radiation had condensed into green flames crawling over his body, tearing apart everything nearby.

If no one stopped him, and his anger kept rising… given enough time, he might actually rip Earth in half through sheer brute force.

While the Hulk was roaring, a portal opened in front of him.

He didn't care what was on the other side.

He jumped in.

The energy coating the Hulk's body was extraordinarily special—annihilating by nature. Even a dimensional barrier wasn't an exception. It was power originating from a top-tier interdimensional demon god.

Of course, even a top-tier interdimensional demon god couldn't sever another demon god's connection to their own dimension.

But they could absolutely barge into your dimension and beat you senseless.

So when Harry dropped the Hulk right in front of Mephisto's dimensional barrier—and there was nothing else around—

The Hulk didn't hesitate.

He threw a punch straight into the barrier.

The Hulk's body had already grown to ten meters tall, his strength rising exponentially into something absurd.

Even so, compared to an entire dimension, the gap was still enormous. Even if that mysterious interdimensional demon god kept feeding him power, it would still take a long time to crack the barrier and open even a tiny tear.

But he wasn't alone.

Harry and the Ancient One were assisting from the side.

At this level of struggle, the most powerful one present—the Ancient One—became support. She could only layer buffing spells onto Harry and the Hulk, amplifying their power, while being unable to directly damage the barrier itself.

Because the Hulk carried the most destructive energy in the multiverse. Even if the quantity gap was gigantic, he could still steadily damage the barrier.

And Harry…

The essence of the chaos magic inside him had long since surpassed the multiverse, reaching a higher level altogether.

Within the interdimensional gap, there was no normal concept of space and time.

Time no longer flowed at a stable rate, and space twisted with no consistent rules.

After what felt like hours on a sensory level, a barrier tougher than vibranium and adamantium—unbelievably solid—finally developed a crack the size of a fingertip.

Mephisto had been watching the barrier the entire time. When he saw it actually being breached like this, his unease instantly hit the ceiling.

He could no longer maintain that arrogant swagger.

He panicked.

He tried to command his dimension to repair the breach, but under that strange green energy, the recovery speed became painfully slow—far slower than the Hulk and Harry's rate of destruction.

Mephisto's face turned ugly. Still, he forced a smile and looked at Harry in a pleading way.

"Harry… I don't think our relationship needed to come to this. Maybe we can reconcile. Hell and Kamar-Taj can become loving partners in cooperation!"

Harry glanced at him, sneering. "Right now? Are you joking?"

You're at your own front door, about to get wrecked, and you're saying this? Do you think the controller of chaos magic is playing around with you?

Harry didn't slow down. He kept stoking the Hulk's rage, boosting his power, and helping him smash the Hell dimensional barrier even harder.

Mephisto's expression froze. But thinking about all the losses he was about to suffer, he clenched his teeth and kept flattering anyway.

"I know I was wrong. Just let me go this once, and I swear I will never step onto Earth again!"

Harry ignored him completely. Trusting a demon's promise was like believing a beggar would become king overnight.

Demons—no matter how strict the contract—would always hunt for loopholes until the contract-holder paid a ruinous price.

Harry said coolly, "You don't know you were wrong. You just know you're about to die."

He stopped responding to Mephisto's begging.

After a few more attempts with no answer, Mephisto finally understood that Harry wasn't letting him off. He exploded in rage and threatened:

"Harry Potter, you need to understand—even if you break my dimensional barrier, you still can't deal fatal damage to my dimension!

On the contrary, what you'll face next is an interdimensional demon god who will pay any price to take revenge on you!"

Harry still didn't answer.

Under the Hulk's relentless pounding, the crack expanded, growing larger and larger until it finally reached a size a normal person could pass through.

Of course, a dimensional barrier didn't truly have a "size." It was just that the breach was now "big enough" for Harry's current body to enter.

At that moment, maybe because its energy was being consumed too quickly—or for some other reason—that mysterious interdimensional demon god temporarily cut off the power feeding the Hulk.

The pale green, super-destructive energy wrapped around the Hulk began shrinking rapidly, pulling back into his body.

The Hulk's massive frame started to shrink. His muscles withered down, transforming unmistakably toward Bruce Banner's form.

Seeing that, before the Hulk fully reverted, Harry sent him back to Earth—so he wouldn't die from failing to adapt to the interdimensional gap's environment.

Finally, under Mephisto's horrified stare, Harry passed through the shimmering, multicolored dimensional barrier and stepped into a brutal region filled with lava and volcanoes.

When he opened his eyes, he saw crowds of fire demons, succubi, and all kinds of other demons throwing an outdoor party right in front of him.

The moment they noticed a human had appeared, demons of every type lit up with excitement, shrieking:

"Hahahaha! A doomed human wizard actually dares come to Hell—let us give you a proper welcome!"

"Come on, sweetheart, come to big sister—I'll show you paradise!"

"He's mine! I don't even remember how long it's been since I tasted human flesh!"

"Damn it, stay back! Eating that premium body is a waste—I'm keeping him alive so I can eat him whenever I want!"

Most of the demons here were low-ranking, clueless trash—but there were also high-level demons present.

They stared at Harry, who was still wrapped in crimson magical light, and for some reason the sight felt familiar—wrong in a way that made their instincts scream.

Very quickly, one high-ranking succubus dug the truth out of the most terrifying memory in her mind. She couldn't hold back her panic and blurted out:

"Oh, damn it… that's the controller of chaos magic!"
