Bella Acker clearly recounted the events that had just occurred to the police officer.
"By the way, officer, they also threatened that next time might not be as easy as this time." Bella said as she took out her phone, "I took pictures of them and also got their license plate."
The officer took a look and nodded, "We will investigate this matter thoroughly, please come with us to the station to make a statement."
"Okay." Bella nodded.
"Officer, could you take us to the hospital first to get these wounds looked at?"
"No worries, the doctor in our infirmary can bandage you up." The officer checked the surroundings and asked, "Which direction did those guys run off to?"
"That way!" Judy Zimmerman pointed behind.
"Alright, we'll send someone to pursue them. Once you reach the station, make sure to give a detailed statement and try to think if you've had any conflicts with anyone lately, or if there's any commercial dispute, that would help narrow down our suspect list."
