Ruby ruthlessly brought the lighter close to the girl's face. She had a cruel expression on her face,and that expression wasn't one that could be easily seen in 12 years old child. The girl shrieked in fear and yelled
" Aaaah lunatic, just because you got your face disfigured, you want to drug everyone else down with you. Monster "
Ruby got up with the lighter in her hands still lit with fire and said with a menacing voice but innocent face
" But you clearly stated that if you were like me. I just want to erase the ' if ' from your statement with fire. That way, we won't have to worry about the 'if'. You would be like me "
Then she brazenly smiled. She looked really creepy. The bullies were feeling uneasy. Ruby then turned off the lighter and launched out her warning
" I know Christabel sent you, haha. You can do all other jobs, but don't you ever mess with me. If you cross paths with me, oh crap.... I would make sure you never forget that encounter. Trust me. "
The three bullies felt a chill down their spine. Ruby was now scary. But then a bold thought came across the mind of one of them. She was already furious at Ruby. She thought Ruby was acting all high and wanted to teach her place. Looking at Ruby, she thought since the day she had an accident and was rumored to be having a disfigured face, no one has ever seen her face before. Revealing her ugly face could cause a scandal. She was sure that no girl would ever want anyone to see her disfigured face. She smiled smugly at her thought.
Realizing that these bullies had no intention of leaving, even after she had said her piece, she decided to move to the library. She packed her books in her backpack and placed the remaining on her hands. Then she stood up and was about to move forward when she noticed something funny. One of the bullies had her leg secretly in the way. She smiled to herself, and without warning, she looked at the leg and cruelly stepped on the foot in the way so hard that the lady shrieked in pain
" Aaaaaaah, my leg, it hurts, aaaah."
Even though she was screaming in pain, Ruby still stepped on her leg harder crushing it with her boots for some few seconds before quickly removing her leg as if she was in shock and feighed an innocent expression then she gasped
" Ha ha... oh I'm, I'm so sorry... didn't know your leg was there, are you hurt? "
While saying it, she secretly winked at the girl. Amidst the pain, the girl was fuming in anger. She furiously cursed
" You shameless bitch, you did it on purpose. You really did it on purpose "
Ruby blinked innocently and said
" What do you mean by that, I didn't know your leg was there, besides is it my fault that your brain doesn't tell you the correct place to place your leg "
The girl was so angry, from the place where the scene had taken place, it would be extremely difficult to know if Ruby had stepped on her foot intentionally or not. Everyone would assume it was a normal accident, especially with all the tables and chairs blocking the way.
Ruby smiled and begun walking away. Unable to accept the injustice, another bully pushed Ruby from behind. Ruby was totally caught off guard, tripped and fell hard on the floor. Time seemed to run slow and as Ruby was falling, the mean girl who had her leg almost crushed quickly took the opportunity and pulled the mask from her face so swiftly.
Ruby was slightly surprised at the sudden turn of event. While she was on the ground, she kept on muttering curses under her breath. She never wanted anyone to see what a monster she had turned into, but now it seemed like she would have to show it after all. She heard the bullies mocking voice
' Ooops I'm sorry, it was an accident "
Ruby replied while she was still lying on the ground
" No worries there is no way I'm gonna blame you for having poor, stupid and weak brain. After all, the brain controls our actions. "
The bully was now fuming in anger, and so was Ruby. She wanted to find something to cover her face, but she grasped nothing. No matter what happens, her disfigured face was a thorn part in her heart. She knew the bully had intentionally done it. She sighed and thought
" Well, maybe it's time,"
Meanwhile, everyone held their breath as they saw Ruby standing up. They were all curious, and the class was suddenly quiet. Once Ruby raised her head to face them, everyone gasped in shock. After staring at her for almost 30 seconds, some of them began shouting at her
" Monster..... monster..... aaaaaah, she is so scary. "
Even the bullies were taken aback, and the one who was holding Ruby's mask shoved it quickly into her hands and said with a trembling voice
" Please, Ruby, I'm really sorry. Just put on your mask back, I shouldn't have done any of that. Please put it on, I don't want to have nightmares ...please "
With that, she ran away. Well, not only her, most of the students began running away. No matter what, there were still kids and none of them was above 13 years they were naturally scared of Ruby's hedoius face.
Seeing her classmates running away at the sight of her face, Ruby had a pained expression. In the end, few courageous students were the remaining ones there. She smiled sadly but quickly regained her cold composure. Then she took a certain book under one of the desk and wrote at the front page
" I haven't done anything yet. Let this be the last warning for I won't talk about it again. My face is just the tip of an iceberg. Watch out before you begin to see me in your nightmares. I might be more vicious in there. Who knows what I might do to you "
She smiled at herself for what she has written and turned to go away.
